This is our favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City. Food is fresh and rich in flavor, service is phenomenal. As a seafood lover, it was nice to see many seafood options on the menu. Fideo was our favorite, simple yet deep flavor of sea.

I love this location and every small restaurant that has this location. The patio is lovely when weather permits. Finca has a wonderful paella, papatas bravas, and the halibut is outstanding. I loved the tapas and look forward to returning. Next time I will eat family style.

Will return.

A little hideaway gem.

A local friend took us there. It was a reunion of four boat mates in 2022, with the fourth mate came in from New York. The weather was so cooperating, after raining yesterday and much of today, we actually went into the restaurant under the blue skies.

This Spanish tapa place is homey and small, with outdoor tables, in a lovely neighborhood, by owner Owner Scott Evans.

We’ve warm olives, two salads and the shrimp: all are really good. And the churros are to die for: light and fluffy!

The croqueta was amazing — I could’ve eaten 20! Albóndigas and fideo were fresh and flavorful. The food just needed a bit more salt.

Beautiful place, great service, lovely ambiance, and a great wine selection. I’ll definitely come back and give it another chance — hopefully with a little more salt .

This is such a great little spot, it feels like enterning the shire, you know when you walk through the hedges that you’re going to have a special meal. Garett and Penny were incredible. And did not rush a very overdue girls night /bday celebration. Truly appreciate the wine recs and just everything was so yummy, and such a cute intimate vibe. Stoked to come back and also in the spring to sit on the patio.

10/10 rec

This place is magnificent, with a very harmonious and peaceful atmosphere, good music and a good vibe. The food is exquisite (the mushroom toast and shrimp ceviche were appetizers, and I enjoyed the other dishes, like the seafood paella). I highly recommend it and will return to try other Spanish dishes.

The place is very cozy, and it does remind me of a Spanish restaurant. I completely understand that since we are in the U.S., the dishes and menus have to adapt to the tastes of the people here. That being said, the food was very tasty, but it didn’t really remind me of Spain. The highlight was definitely the croquettes.

I was a bit disappointed with the Serrano ham dish, which ended up being just three slices of quince toast with Serrano ham that was a bit dry, to be honest.

Overall, the service was very friendly and polite.

La Finca is a tiny place set inside a house. It feels very cozy, but there is not much space. Service was fine and the pacing of the food was good. The wine list is long, though there is not much by the glass. The reds we tried were good. The Crianza was my favorite, young and light but still flavorful, with a subtle dry finish.

We ordered tortilla española, torta de cecina, patatas bravas, mejillones, and pinchos morunos. Everything had great flavor. There was some inconsistency with temperature. The patatas came out just warm, while other dishes were very hot. The pinchos morunos turned out to be more like a meatball on a stick. That may have been my misunderstanding, but when I see lamb pincho I expect grilled pieces of lamb. They were tasty, just more basic than I expected. For dessert we had churros. This may be personal preference, but I like to pick up a churro and dip it in chocolate without it breaking apart. These were more like a fried cake in the shape of a churro and required a spoon. They also have what looks like a very nice patio for good weather. I would be a bit concerned about speed of service if the patio is full, since the kitchen seems quite small. Overall, it was a good experience with well executed and flavorful tapas.

Would have loved this place if the paella was not burned. A bit disappointed by that, though all other dishes were great.
