The Final Cut is a contemporary American steakhouse featuring hand selected USDA Mid-Western Prime Beef, corn-fed and naturally aged up to four weeks to ensure maximum flavor and texture. Each steak is hand cut to order, seasoned with kosher salt and tri color peppercorns, then broiled at 1600 degrees to create a thin charred crust that seals in the delicious natural beef juices.

While it wasn’t our first time visiting the casino, it was our first time dining at the Final Cut and we had a GREAT experience! We visited last weekend with friends and all of us agreed that our food was really good – we will definitely be recommending the Final Cut to friends and family, and we look forward to dining here again in the future! We made reservations in advance for a Saturday evening and the process was super easy and efficient online, and upon arriving promptly at our reservation time we were seated immediately with no wait at all.

This definitely the place to go if you are looking to drop $200 for 2 people. The steak doesn’t come with any sides. You will need to order them separately. No sides are cheaper than $10. The food was delicious, the steak was perfectly cooked but had no seasoning whatsoever. Our server was great. Worth going just for the experience but there’s really no need to ever go back once you’ve experienced it.

This was a birthday dinner surprise. The waiter we had he was awesome from when arrived to leaving. As my starter I got the crispy pork belly which was amazing the crisp was on point and the little glaze that was on it was delicious as well. For my entree I got the lamb with a mint butter it was delicious as well cook just the way I wanted, but my lamb chops were a little skimpy. For my sides I got the mashed potatoes delicious and the broccolini which was seasoned very well a little spice and citrus taste. Oh and the drink my waiter recommended was nice it was called Dragon sorry can’t remember the name. The ambience was nice it was well lit and clean, did not smell. The bathrooms at the casino were great as well. Enough stalls no trash on the floor. The floor wasn’t sticky. The seating in the restaurant was nice as well. and if I’m in the area again, I will come back. Thank you for a nice night of delicious food and drinks.

Prices are quite high, side portions are not typical family sized portions and are lackluster. Brussel sprouts were overdone. My steak despite ordering medium was well done, dry and boring. Desserts were average. Alcohol prices were high as well. For the prices I expected a lot more.

Ribeye steak the best,terrific sides,and bread is delicious. We usually eat here on our anniversary and couple times a year. Would like to bring back cream spinach side .It’s a little pricey but food and service is good.

Very expensive for the quality of food. The steaks look pretty but taste no better than a chain restaurant like Applebees. Quality of meat has gone downhill since quarantine and prices have gone up.
