We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Final Cut tonight, and it was exceptional. Our party of 5 had a wonderful night.
The Banana nut old fashioned was delicious. The charcuterie board was an excellent assortment, our steaks were perfectly cooked, and the desserts were phenomenal (especially the doughnuts!!!!!).
Most importantly, our service was beyond impressive. Air was so knowledgeable and friendly.
I would recommend Final Cut without hesitation. Thank you for a beautiful birthday evening.

Our first time at the casino and at Final Cut. The Wagyu flight was absolutely amazing! Especially the A5. Everything was fantastic. Cannot wait to return to try some of the other things they offer.

We made reservations here for a date night. We were treated very well by our friendly server who provided good recommendations.
I had the lobster bisque to start with which was the best I have ever had. The lobster chunks were very full of fresh flavor. We also had gotten bread and baked cheese crisps to the table which my wife and I absolutely enjoyed. Those were finished off with a butter/honey topping you added.
I ordered my NY Strip medium-rare and it came out EXACTLY perfect. Paired with the blue cheese crumbles it truly was enjoyable. My side was Brussels sprouts which I shared with my wife and we both enjoyed!
She had gotten the half chicken which was very large and topped with vegetables and potatoes. She also enjoyed her meal.
Cheesecake was for dessert which we really also enjoyed. Everything was up to our standards and the aesthetics of the restaurant were very nice. We will be back!

I wanted to share feedback from our recent visit on Saturday evening, when we celebrated a birthday with a party of seven.
Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of our expectations. Despite booking in advance and specifically requesting to be seated together for the occasion, we were informed that the tables could not be joined. While we appreciate being told this at the time of reservation, it was still disappointing that no effort was made to accommodate a birthday celebration of that size, especially as the restaurant did not appear to be at full capacity.
More concerning was the extremely slow service throughout the evening. After ordering, we waited approximately 1.5 hours for our main courses to arrive. In comparison, we have dined at similarly upscale establishments (such as Ruth’s Chris and various chop houses) on busy Saturday nights and never experienced waits anywhere near this length. Because of the delay, several side dishes arrived barely warm.
When I raised these concerns with the manager, the response focused solely on the pre-warning about seating and showed little acknowledgment or apology for the unacceptable delay in food service.
While the steaks themselves were cooked properly and flavorful, the overall pacing and lack of urgency from both the kitchen and front-of-house team significantly detracted from what should have been a special celebration. Regrettably, we will not be returning for future special occasions and would hesitate to recommend the restaurant for larger parties or time-sensitive events.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I hope it proves useful in improving the experience for future guests.

This place is getting 5 stars for one reason…the main event…the steak. Its right on par with most high end steakhouses when it comes to the general experience. The staff is great, the servers and hostesses are all amazing the drinks and appetizers are delicious. The real star of the show is the meat. Let’s start with the lamb lollipops. Great appetizer nothing over the top but very delicious lamb chops. The pork belly was good too. The steaks we ordered were the aged ny strip and the ribeye. The NY was cooked perfectly medium rare it was tender and flavorful. I didn’t get any or the expected aged “funky flavor” usually associated with a dry aged steak. Our server said it was aged 42 days, I’m going to guess it was more like 7 to 10. Regardless I loved it. It was melt in your mouth perfect. The ribeye, now that was what blew my mind. Again cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. It was basted in something that took it to another level. It was absolutely the best restaurant ribeye I’ve ever had. I’ve had ever high end steak Vegas has to offer and that ribeye was king. So unexpected from an establishment in Toledo. I’d love to hear about the chef. He must be someone extremely passionate about what he does. I’ll definitely be back.

My Husband and I came here for the first time for our anniversary. It’s beautiful and we loved our waiter. The food was phenomenal. My husband said it was the best steak he’s ever had. I got a random Grouper dish that the chef just made up and it was so amazing by far one of the best dishes if not the best I’ve ever had. We would for sure come back. Service was great, atmosphere was great every food item was so good, I hope the chef knows how good he is! We will be back!

We had reservations, arrived on time, and were a party of 2. They sat us in the back room next to a table of 8-10 people. It took 30 minutes to get our first drink order, another 20 minutes to get the drink, and order appetizers. I told the waiter it was unacceptable. Our appetizer arrived quickly once our order was taken. Bread to the table was the only thing to eat until then. Very bad experience. Steak was good, pork belly appetizer okay but nothing to get excited about. Mac and Cheese with lobster and garlic mashed potatoes were the sides – okay but have had much better elsewhere. We had to request salt and pepper for the table, had to request more wine and beer because our glasses were dry. The large party in the room had to request their side dishes after having received their steaks 10 minutes prior. The dessert pumpkin martini was good, chocolate cake presentation was nice but it tasted like store bought. The room ambiance was nice. I’ve eaten better food at worst restaurants, I’ve never had as bad of service as this at a “fine dining” establishment. Food price for two was $348 + left a $60 tip because the poor waiter will likely need a new job.

My wife and I enjoyed a Christmas Eve meal at Final Cut. This was not our first time and as usual our dinner was spectacular. We both had NY strip steaks which were cooked to perfection. I tried the French onion soup for the first time and it was very good. I understand that it can be pricey but it is a fabulous place for that special occasion

We stopped in after winning 4$ on a slot machine. We ate at the lounge and tried a few things. First Noel was a excellent bartender who took care us. She was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The head Chef of the casino Jake happened to be walking by and stopped and asked how everything was as well. Lobster rissotto was delicious texture was perfect. Lounge menu offers high end favorites at a affordable prices. Will be back.

We tried to smile through our evening. Our server was inattentive and seemed annoyed we were there. We sat and were not greeted until the entire party was there. Had to wait 30 minutes before our first drink. The apps took a long time, but were pretty good. Nothing was bussed from our table, silverware was not reset and the server walked past our table constantly and ignored us. We complained to the manager, Jordan, who was GREAT! He took care us while our server was visibly mad at us. It wasn’t until the bill was dropped and credit cards were out that he asked us how everything was. When I told him that my crab cake was cold but the salad on the plate (with the crab cake) was warm, he told me it was a garnish. IT’S A DRESSED SALAD ON THE PLATE THAT WAS WARM. The only saving grace tonight was Jordan the manager. For the price of the restaurant, the service should have been better, hot food should come out hot and cold food should come out cold.
