The decor was very nice however it’s a very very tight the food is also pretty good the young lady at the registers attitude seemed bothered by customer request there was a misunderstanding with how I was trying to order my food and she just continue to speak in such a condescending tone it was actually pretty awkward and uncomfortable to the point where my partner looked up from the table and witnessed the interaction. This is definitely be a very tight fit for a large group more like a grab a meal and go type environment if they were a little bit bigger it would definitely be more of a sit-down the food was well flavored great portions in the really nice an accommodating to my meal requests they might want to get a new cashier The pricing is a little high for the quality of food. Probably wont go back but it was an experience.

Solid 4.5 Stars. Very large portions. Good gluten-free menu and options. Had the shrimp on pilaf. It was an enormous portion. Had a small size dinner salad it was also large by any standard we enjoyed the food

Just had lunch here this afternoon .. it had been at least two years since my last trip to Filos. Was saddened to find that the menu has been revamped, and that they only serve halal meat. Nothing wrong with that in theory, but there are several places all over town devoted to such service. My go-to order was the pork souvlaki pita, now no longer available. Ordered a kefte kebab sandwich platter, served with salad and choice of side. Ordered the spanakorizo, and had to send it back; pasty, overcooked rice swimming in a bland tomato and red wine sauce with spinach.
The servers were very accommodating and offered a substitute, which in my case was the fassolakia. Unfortunately there too, the green beans were drowned in the same sauce, barely warm and lacking any depth of flavor. Didn’t end up finishing that either. Meanwhile, the kebab itself was rather disappointing.
If that wasn’t enough, the previously expansive dining area with its quaint Mediterranean village on the sea decor has been changed to a more homogenized cafe interior with fewer tables. Everything that once made this place stand out from other kebab joints is now gone. Meaning that the only places to get Greek food now are sadly relegated to most scrappy New England pizza places.
Sorry Filos .. Will not be returning.

Went here back in November and ordered the salmon excellent choice. It was light, fresh, and really well prepared. The service was spot-on and the prices were reasonable. Definitely looking forward to stopping by again next time I’m in the area.

This used to be my go to place for delivey; they made a big deal about having an in house driver and were always super fast. Now, delivery is outsourced to a third party. There are extra hidden fees for ordering online as well as for delivery, and it turns out those fees don’t go to the driver at all but to this third party company. I’d rather see the price of menu items increase slightly but transparently to keep up with the cost of materials and labor, but instead there’s just a ton of extra hidden fees passed on to the customer in return for worse service. I hope they consider changing this in the future.

It was getting late and I needed a something to eat. It smelled wonderful and I decided to get the chicken souvlaki without onions and it was great. I also tried there spanakopita but it was just soso. It was a but burnt and fairly tasteless.

Aside from that I would go back.

Food is amazing! The beet salad appetizer was so fresh and healthy. Lentil soup is perfect on a cold day and full of flavor. Highly recommend if you’re craving Mediterranean 🙂

This place rocks! Their food is great, we get the buffalo chicken calzone add red onions. And the Greek nachos! Was my go to hangover meal when I used to party. I give them 2 stars on atmosphere because they remodeled their dining room and the seating is way cramped now. But other than that they rock!

I have been getting food from Filos for years. It has been my family’s go to for Greek Easter. Not anymore!! The renovation is terrible. The restaurant doesn’t even look like it’s a Greek restaurant. The food portions are so much smaller and the prices have gone up. I paid $6 for a bite size piece of baklava!! Needless to say, my family will be finding another Greek restaurant for Greek Easter from now on!!
