Me and my husband had a spontaneous night out and decided to try some Syrian ice cream. I’d seen this place recommended on TikTok, and after checking Google reviews, it seemed promising so we went a few weeks ago, and here’s my full review.
First off, the dessert shop is absolutely adorable. It’s filled with culture, beautiful décor, and such a cozy, modern vibe that it almost feels like you’re walking into someone’s stylish home. The place is spotless, and they offer seating both downstairs and upstairs, which is a nice touch. The lady who served us was very kind and welcoming.
I ordered the Biscoff ice cream, and it was amazing. I also sampled the pistachio and the Kanafa Crunch, but the Biscoff was definitely my favorite so creamy and full of flavor. We also ordered the kanafa, and both my husband and I agreed it’s one of the best we’ve had in Orange County. Perfectly crispy, super flavorful, and just overall delicious.
My husband tried one of their tea believe it was Turkish and started with a “K”but that was the only disappointment of the night. It tasted watered down and overly syrupy, so I wouldn’t recommend that drink.
Overall though, we really enjoyed this spot and would rate it highly. The ice cream and kanafa alone make it worth the visit! I do want to add in when you do go up the stairs you’re able to see the things that are on the wall They should dust that cause there’s a lot of dust and we could see that but aside from that it’s a clean restaurant

I had such a lovely experience at this cafe! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. But what really made the visit special was the amazing service. Our server, Memo, was wonderful and genuinely friendly. She made us feel right at home and even surprised us with a free cup of Karah tea to try! It was so flavorful.
It’s nice to find great service and great taste in one place, but this café has both. Highly recommend to visit!

I had such a great experience at Filo Dessert. The fusion concept was done beautifully , the combination of crispy baklava with creamy ice cream was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality and thought behind the flavors. I also really enjoyed the tea; it paired so well with the dessert and made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. Definitely a unique and memorable dessert spot that I’d happily come back to again.

My husband and I have been here 3 times and it never disappoints. It has become our favorite dessert spot. All their ice cream flavors are amazing and unique. The pistachio ice cream actually tastes like real pistachios. Their customer service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice.

Came here after a nightcap from a girls birthday dinner celebration.

A mama friend of ours discovered this ice cream shop and wanted to bring us here since she was a fan. 05.31.25

The Ice cream was creamy and not overly sweet along with distinctive unique flavors.

They also sell teas/coffees, baklavas and other desserts here including Dubai chocolate.

They have pre packed pints of ice cream available to purchase.

Associates were nice and they have ice cream
Sampling.

The ice cream/dessert shop is beautifully decorated. Has a few table indoor and upstairs. Seems really cozy and welcoming vibe. Love the hanging greenery’s & wall has design on them.

Located in the Orange Circle.
We came around 10:40 p.m. 20 mins before closing at 11 p.m. was lucky to get parking right in front of the ice cream shop.

Absolutely loved the pistachio knafooza at Filo. Perfectly crispy on the outside, rich and gooey on the inside, and loaded with real pistachio flavor—not overly sweet, just beautifully balanced. You can tell it’s made fresh and with care. Easily one of the best knafooza desserts I’ve had. If you’re going to Filo, this is a must-order! Next on the list to try is the boozalava
