Amazing food! The place is a bit more upscale and modern (even the bread looked fancy), so the price is a little bit higher but it makes up for it by their creativity and quality of the food. I had the raw fish “Filo d’esca” and it looked and tasted amazing! Everything was super fresh and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. Followed by rice pearls carnaroli with shrimp. Perfectly seasoned and very delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. Definitely go to this place if you want to have a nice meal or want to impress your date

Location : very nice, in one of the streets in Catania with the Umbrellas.
Seating : both outside and inside. We stayed outside, very comfortable, not on a Main Street so no noise. Inside seating had air conditioning.

Service : we were served by the owner of the restaurant, a lovely lady showing professionalism and efficacy of the highest standard. The table we had reserved was preprepared on arrival, the service was efficient, the recommendations of dishes fit exactly what we were looking for.

Food : the grilled octopus and fried seafood was of the highest quality, probably the best I’ve had on the Mediterranean. The fork and standard dinner knife slide in and out of the octopus easily, no need for a steak knife here, it’s super tender, really well done ++

In summary : we had a great time. 5/5 recommandation.
We talked to the owner afterwards at the end of the meal and we were impressed with the passion she had for food and quality service.

This is a highlight of Catania. We came here on the recommendation of the Boutique Habitat hotel and it did not disappoint. In fact I came back on Saturday after visiting on the Thursday with colleagues.

Not only does the food taste incredible the presentation is that of a high end restaurant, but without the price tag, although higher than the average Catania restaurant, but it’s worth it!

After speaking to the chef on the Thursday, his dedication and drive to deliver an exceptional food experience is inspiring and he has a great career ahead of him.

Not only is the food fantastic, the service from the team is brilliant. Attentive and welcoming. As a solo traveller on the Saturday night, i felt at ease.

Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time!

Totally worthy of the experience. The mixed raw fish platter is a must try. It is so special that it comes with fruits to create an amazing balance with the dish. It is plenty for the price. Service, bread(with olive oil and vinegar),and wine are also on a par with the seafood quality.

Great restaurant, beautiful look and fantastic taste of all dishes, nice interior and helpful staff! A bit expensive and portions are rather moderate but the quality of food and service is worth it. An interesting thing is that there is no classic menu just QR code to scan and you can see everything and mark your favourites.

Calm, quiet place. The primi Piatti were excellent, obviously rich ( you’re not on a diet to go there…) and tasty. We shared a insalata Verde e spigola ( sea bass ), again great. It is expensive ( 97 € for two ) but for real quality, not tourist trap.

Very nice cozy restaurant almost behind the Teatro Massimo Bellini in the city centre.
Ambience cared in the details.
The service staff is very polite and very careful to the customer needs.
The ‘crudo misto’ (row fish plate) is absolutely one of the most delicious I ever had. The combination with the selected fruit (fragola with thuna and ananas with sword fish) is definitely a great hit. The fish is rigorously fresh (as it has to be, btw).
Besides of this ‘battle horse’ dish, the selected menu is very researched and of high quality: the fried pizzaccheri, the spaghettoni al nero di seppia (spaghettoni with cuttlefish) and the delicious ricciola are just an example (that we had the pleasure to taste out of the menu).
The wine card is limited, but carefully and sapiently selected with delicious local wines perfectly pairing with the proposed menu offering up to five alternatives (for white wines), depending on the individual taste.
Also carefully selected the choice of the desserts. The ‘tortino semifreddo ai sette cioccolati’ is a real pleasure for the palate.
The passion for the high quality is tangible and definitely an asset of this restaurant.
