Here’s the breakdown. For 5 people, food and drinks I spent over $100. We purchased 3 burgers combos, a pizza, one side app, two lemonade, a coffee, and two bottled sodas. That’s a bit exspensive for the amount of food we got.
Was it good? Yes. Was it great? No. Service and speed we recieved our food was nice. Atmosphere was quiet and ok. Not a lot of people, so that was nice. Momos I tried had a good kick but not tonwjere you couldn’t eat it. Burgers were fine, pizza was decent. So its okay. Would I eat there again? Sure. Would I make a special trip just to get there? No. Too pricey for adequate food.

Wife and I have passed Filli about a thousand times. It sits in one of the hundred strip centers in southwest Houston, just south of Westpark on Hillcroft.
We each had a legit chai that made us each smile. The topper was the Keema Paratha. It’s a breakfast handheld of seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes and peppers, spices, yogurt, and a fried egg, wrapped in a paratha, which is a flatbread. Simply wow.
Telling all of our Briarmeadow friends to come down the road and give this a try.

Great location, vast selection of teas, coffees, and desserts. Zafrani Chai with regular sugar is our favorite. Any time we are in the Hilcroft area, it’s a must. Definitely recommend it

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the service was incredible. The lady at the counter was so kind, attentive, and understanding , she made the whole experience even better.
My friend and I ordered an iced dalgona and an Americano. The shots and sugar levels were made exactly how I asked — perfectly balanced! She also let us try their tea. I’m usually not a big chai fan, but theirs was honestly amazing.
Highly recommend checking this spot out!

The ambience is really nice and it’s a good place to hang out. The food tastes good as well. However, the prices are way too high for what you get, which takes away from the overall experience.
If the pricing were more reasonable, this place would be much more enjoyable.

Had a horrible experience at Phil, old and cold papri chat, very rude and disrespectful service. Definitely not recommended. It’s not the same way. It was a few months ago. Don’t worry for your money coming through.

Visited Filli and loved it. I ordered an iced Spanish latte and it was the perfect balance of sweet with a strong coffee flavor. The ambiance is great — definitely a place I can see myself hanging out or studying. The service was excellent and everyone was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

One of the best places in Houston to hang out with friends. It was my first time at Filli Cafe and the cute red-haired girl (sorry I didn’t ask her name!) took great care of us. She let me try different varieties of chai, and I absolutely loved the saffron chai.
I was amazed that you can choose the sugar level such a great touch! The chai tasted incredible, and I ended up purchasing it. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their food as well.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. They have a full food menu, so you can come here and get a hearty meal, or you can just come for a coffee or a tea. The masala omelette is seriously next level, and it’s HUGE!!

I love the saffron chai at Filli Café. I’ve tried other items from their menu but the saffron chai is out of this world. The ambiance is really nice too, no loud music if you want to come to study, with sleek and modern decor. It’s a fun little spot to meet friends or family after dinner or even to catch up.
