Filli Cafe truly delivers an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The young lady at the register especially stood out she repeated my order back to me as I was placing it, which made me feel confident that everything was heard correctly and showed real attention to detail and care for the customer. That level of service instantly set a great tone for the visit.
The food more than lived up to it. The Chicken Dynamite Flatbread was packed with flavor crispy chicken cubes combined with capsicum, onion, chili flakes, garlic, and melted mozzarella, all topped with their signature dynamite sauce that had the perfect kick. Hands down the best flatbread I’ve ever had. The Filli Smash Burger was juicy and well-seasoned, served on a soft bun with a tangy sauce that tied everything together beautifully. For dessert, the loaded double chocolate brownie was warm, fudgy, and incredibly indulgent, especially paired with a scoop of ice cream.
To top it all off, the world-famous Filli Zafron Chai was smooth, aromatic, and rich with saffron flavor an absolute must try. Knowing everything is 100% Zabiha halal certified makes the experience even better. Filli Cafe is a place I’ll gladly return to.

Love this place. Filli Cafe is one of those spots you keep coming back to. The chai is honestly so good, perfectly spiced and super comforting, especially if you just want to sit down and relax for a bit.
The food was also very tasty.

The food was delicious and full of flavor. We tried the Chicken Tikka Flatbread, Paneer Tikka Flatbread, Veggie Deluxe Burger, Beef Burger, Chicken Dynamite Burger, Samosa Chaat, Tiramisu Shake, and their famous Karak Chai and Milk Cake — everything tasted so fresh and amazing.
The flatbreads were our favorite, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The toasties and clubs were already sold out when we arrived, so we’ll definitely go back next time to try those too.
The café has a nice atmosphere, though it was quite crowded, so it’s better to come early or be patient to get a seat. Overall, highly recommend Filli Café Hicksville for great food, drinks, and vibes!

I recently visited Filli cafe and had a wonderful experience. The food was very tasty and fresh, and the zaffran karak tea was absolutely amazing. The place has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for spending time with friends or family. The staff was very polite and provided great service. I was so excited when Filli opened on Long Island! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is phenomenal. The owners are so sweet, attentive, and incredibly hardworking.. I always see them making sure every guest is served properly.
My current favorites are the dynamite burger, pizza, karak chai, the blue drink, and of course the Dubai dessert! The chaat is also delicious, and I can’t wait to keep trying more from the menu. I go there at least once a week, it’s the best spot and my fav! Kiran and Sagar are the best! ☕️

Everything about FiLLi Cafe was amazing from the food to the staff and the overall atmosphere. I tried the chicken chilly toastie, chicken dynamite flatbread, and the chicken dynamite burger, and each one was packed with flavor and perfectly made. The iced Spanish latte and karak chai were both incredible, rich, and smooth, and the pistachio milk cake for dessert was absolutely amazing. The place has such a warm, welcoming vibe, and you can tell they really care about quality. A huge shoutout to Sagar, the owner, for his professionalism and amazing hospitality. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and great people.

Excellent Karak chai and milk cakes. We enjoyed the 2 that we tried. Everything else was ok – maska bun was nothing special and the lava cake was forgettable. This is the 3rd time I visited. The food is kind of hit or miss, consistency is the key in food business. First time it was awesome and karak chai was very rich in flavors. But the last 2 time it was just mehhh nothing special, not up-to Filli standards.
Half of the fries had no masala, ya team gotta be less stingy with masala.
Also, there needs to be more chicken in those dynamite clubs, I paid like $20 for 1 order of club sandwich and a karak chai, I deserve more chicken please.
The ladies on the counter are very helpful and staff is very cooperative.
I’ve been to Filli in Al Barsha branch in Dubai and it is amazing. I hope to see same standards applied to Hicksville branch as well. Please add more menu items that are offered in Middle East branches.

I generally don’t give bad reviews. But I have heard so much about this place, the hype was so strong that I went there with a high expectation. Food was mediocre, but the price was unexpectedly high for snacks. The place did not have any ambience at all. It was overly bright with very uncomfortably low chairs. They didn’t have any double door there therefore, every time people were opening the door, the room was getting very cold.
The food definitely has potential. I wish they had decorated the place a little bit nicer and the price was a tiny bit lower.
I hope they take these reviews seriously as suggestions and not with a negative mindset. If they take this suggestions, definitely can do well.
