I wanted to like this place because it’s great seeing different varieties of cuisine in our area. The food just wasn’t good. I got the Pork Adobo plate and it didn’t have much flavor. The pork chunks I’m were tough and didn’t seem like they were marinated or seasoned in any way. I don’t know if it was a bad day or that’s how it always is.

Passed by this truck today and had to try it out. Got the chicken and pork adobo and a six-piece order of bite-sized turon. The combos came with a side of pancit and lumpia with sweet and sour sauce. It was difficult to keep myself from eating them before I took the photos. Everything was delicious and had all the great Filipino food flavors.
Will have to hunt this truck down in the future instead of stumbling on it by accident. Looking forward to more and different dishes!

Saw this truck at the growers market and decided to give it a try. The guys were super friendly and polite. I got Chicken Plate. Chicken three different ways. All super tasty and cooked wonderfully. Not a bad price at all. Nicely done. We’ll definitely visit Filipino Fire again.

Very good food, great service. I was worried that it seemed like a small portion but by the time I was done I was full as a tick! I’ll definitely stop in again and try something different on the menu. I definitely would suggest the Pancit with pork.

One of the best food truck in town. Food are amazingly delicious, reminds me of home. Nilaga, lumpia, and adobo are the best!!! The owners are very friendly, humble and really inspiring, they also have a gym who motivates everyone to be their best. I definitely recommend it to everyone check them out.
