Our gamble paid off and within a few short years we opened 10 new Mexican fast-food restaurants that offered a great, fresh and tasty Mexican food selection, friendly service, clean facilities and carry out. Fast forward to present day and Filiberto’s now boasts more than 93 Mexican fast food restaurants that span over 3 states. Our pride doesn’t lie in our fast and successful growth, but rather being able to maintain a high level of quality, respect & professional commitment to our staff, customers and most importantly our food.

I ordered a texas burrito and the potatoes in the burrito were not cooked the chicken still had ice from not being thawed enough with no cheese or sour cream in it. I had to spit the food out and throw it away. I am really confused on how this place is still running with the food being so outrageously bad.

I used to come to this location a lot, however the service went downhill. On this last trip, the cashier tried to charge me two times. I asked for two different drinks for pineapple and the watermelon water, and for each drink she didn’t know what I was even talking about and I had to point to the actual fountain machine.

Old skinny lady working there is completely rude. Has to be her way or she gives attitude. She should be removed from customer interaction. Food is decent normally. Priced a little high. Last trip I canceled my order due to employees attitude in drive thru.

OK, so this was my first time at Filiberto’s Mexican Food at Twin Peaks, it will be my last. Not only did 1 beef taco cost $5.30 but it took 15 minutes to get it and it wasn’t even busy. (I understand why now)
Unknown to me when the the cashier handed me the beef taco the box it was in opened and grease from the taco permeated the paper bag and got all over my leather seat. Not only was the taco sub-standard it was skimpy and tasteless. Good Luck Filiberto’s

Worst place ever in all Tucson and Marana. I couldn’t call in an order and when I came in to order, several other patrons that ordered after me were served and I had to ask for a refund because they NEVER put my order in.. I come to this Filiberto’s at least once a month, only because of the drive do i not visit more often. The drive through service is always excellent. Food is amazing. They take care of us.

Went here and purchased an order of carne asada fries and two enchilada plates to find a half bitten churro at the bottom of the plate. You can literally see the teeth marks where the cook took a bite and must have forgot it on the plate and then added my fries.
I called and spoke to a woman named Maria who was nice enough to apologize and be horrified at what had happened. I was promised two free meals.
I am leaving the same place now and a very rude and presumptuous woman named Lucy tells me I ordered a kids meal and that she was here when it happened and refused to give me my two free meals.
So if you want to eat here just be cautious of half eaten food in your plate and avoid Lucy the cashiers poor attitude. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning.

It’s hit or miss whether it’ll be good. Got breakfast burritos a month or two ago that were amazing but yesterday , although edible, the bacon and ham was barely cooked enough, despite waiting 10-15 mins for my food. The cheese did not melt in the burrito causing cold spots.
