I once complimented this place and all the workers and I can’t say I would do the same either the last few months of experiences. This one has just took the top and calls for a review. Do better. If everything doesn’t fit in 1 bag, put it in 2. I didn’t touch the bag after it was handed to me, it sat right on my car seat and didn’t move . I felt on the side of the bag inside to be sure we have the bag of veggies on the side we requested and they charged me for and I didn’t feel the veggies. Instead. I got burned really bad with scolding hot sauce. And no bag of veggies, just a side of a few peppers because they couldn’t understand when I requested a side bag of veggies that we have ordered numerous times before without any issues. My food also came upside down , it was whatever but my hubbys food, completely ruined. Not happy. I should just go back to Fedricos, it’s a bit of a further drive but we receive quality and great customer service. Also crazy, I noticed they don’t respond to any negative reviews, only positive. So I doubt anyone would reach out to try to correct this issue.

I am so disappointed. I went through the drive-thru, and when I got home I discovered that my food had clearly been tampered with—there was a bite taken out of the tortilla. The fact that someone would do this is disturbing and represents a serious food safety violation. This is beyond unacceptable. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordering process already took a long time. Took a long time to get the food. Not great customer service to begin with. Got two burritos and horchata. We get home, one of the burritos is completely wrong. We live almost 30 minutes away from the location so we call and ask for a refund for that one specific burrito. They tell us WE have to drive back to them with the burrito in order to get a refund even though they were able to see/recall the order on their end. Why do we have to drive back to get a refund for YOUR mistake? So we say okay, if we’re going all the way back over there from our house, then I want a new burrito for the inconvenience. “We can’t do that” what CAN you do? You can’t give good costumer service. You can’t do your job right. You can’t make anything convenient even when you’re the ones who messed up. 0/10 experience

9-23-25 6:00 PM drive-thru order found not correct when I arrived home.. I called same day about 6:20 PM and was told no manager was available to assist me and I needed to call back another day.
I was unable to call until today (25th) and spoke with the manager and she told they cannot honor my request to resolve the short order because it was past 24-hours. I explained that due to my work schedule I was unable to call until today. The manager told me it’s too bad, but they cannot honor my request to have the credit issued and they will not issue a credit for the missing items that i paid for but did not receive.
I regret having to give a very poor rating for this restaurant, but for a manager who stated she cares little about doing the right thing for this customer who did not receive items he paid for.
I am sharing this information to let Filiberto’s customers know about the rude manager who lacks the simplest customer service skills due to such a small item that could be resolved with a store credit, making it fair for the customer and keeping everyone happy. i understand mistakes happen, but for pete’s sake, just do the right thing and not force a customer to boycott their establishment over such a minor issue!
I have other food options available in the area and moving forward I will spend my money with another establishment for obvious reasons and encourage others to consider this when contemplating ordering food from Filiberto’s.

Came in tonight because this one is the closest to us. I paid with change, so the girl i paid smirked and looked at a coworker and had a laugh. I apologize I had to pay with change cause it’s all I had and wanted to pick something up after finding out i lost my job today just to enjoy the night. Well thanks for making my day even worse because I had to inconvenience you with change. You never know what someone is going through when they are sitting at the drive-thru window. I won’t inconvenience this store again with my business

The same young girl messes up the salsa part of our order everytimee, and I’m not stupid…it’s on purpose based on her face like we are an inconvenience everytime we drive thru.
She asked at the widow about salsa, and when we requested, she has a RBF….I’m serious. It was so insane.
Since then after many times of missed salsa requests with a shitty attitude from her, we went IN tonight, my man instead of me bc we thought she’s insecure, guess what…wrong salsa again…I guess just from someone who doesn’t care.

I stopped at 6:00PM on a Taco Tuesday. I waited no more than three minutes in the drive thru to receive my food. The beef tacos were huge, hot and tasty when I arrived home. Best Horchata I have ever had.

I’ve been supporting Filibertos since 2014 and coming to this location since it opened. The staff is usually nice and Ialways order the same thing. Taco Tuesday was recently brought back due to customer complaints about pricing so I decided to order my faborite dish. Until tonight, the staff has been friendly and even know me bc of my order! Flour tortillas. However, something different is in the air. When I went to order my usual, Stephanie informed me that she could make my chicken soft taco on flour tortilla for regular price-not the taco turrdsday price that I had been getting. She proceeded to say that bc its a “flour tortilla” ita regular price. Of course I declined and went to a different location and ordered my usual with no issue. No regular peice bc its a flour tortilla crap that Stephanie tried to pull on me tonight!. What kind of nonsense is happening here? I asked Stephanie to get the manager and I was told there is no manager! Again, what kind of nonsense is happening here! This seems like someone is trying to make a little something extra on the side or there is a hatred for flour tortillas, who knows! Not only will I no longer support this location but I will also make others aware of the back door price gouing thats gling on at this location. Filibertos has lost another long time customer! Could be why so any of their other locations have closed. In todays climate, with so many businesses closing and others struggling to stay afloat- Filibertos is clearly heading in the wrong direction. Signed-On the hunt for a place that appreciates my business. 2.00 Extra for a flour tortilla, please!
