I have been coming to this Filibertos location in Goodyear for years with my family and have never experienced anything like this before. During a recent visit, a cashier accused me of mocking her while I was ordering my food at the drive thru window. I was genuinely confused and immediately apologized multiple times, explaining that was not my intention at all. Despite my repeated apologies, she continued to insist that I was mocking her.

The situation escalated when she aggressively took my phone from my hand to tap for payment, handed me my receipt, and then slammed the drive thru window shut while I was still apologizing. I decided to let it go, thinking the situation would calm down. However, when she returned to give me my food, I again tried to apologize politely, and she slammed the window on me a second time. I left feeling shocked, confused, and uncomfortable by how hostile the interaction was.

When I got home, I told my mom about what happened since we have been loyal customers at this location for many years. She called the restaurant to ask about the situation, and unfortunately the same employee, Cynthia, answered the phone and was extremely rude again. This experience was very disappointing and completely out of character for what we have come to expect from this Filibertos. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

I love this filibertos, Is always clean and service is great.
I really like that now the salsas are in a bottle. Ready to serve in the little plastic cups. I this is much cleaner and easy to serve.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced service like this before. The night shift employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked for a drink with no ice, and she gave it to me with ice. When I politely clarified, she responded in a dismissive way and acted like she didn’t understand me.

I’ve always supported this business, but customer service like this is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue.

This location is absolute trash. They found a way to make crap fast food even worse. On top of that not a single item was correct. Two items ordered in drive thru on the way home. Not one customer in line or eating in lobby yet still managed to screw it up. Go fist yourselves.

I went a little bit earlier and I was charged triple the amount my food was and I’m glad I looked at my receipt. Once they gave me the refund, they asked for my card back to do it again, and I was nervous. Now I have $80 missing From my account for three days because it takes that long to process and I think it’s pretty ridiculous. After I got home, I then realized my order was wrong too. I’m just so upset.

Normally a good experience. Not this time. Waited in the line at the window for a good 8 minutes until the cars behind me started honking. I saw the 2 girls in the window chatting and folding things. Didn’t even check in and let me know it was taking a longer time or anything. I knocked on the window after about 10 minutes and the manager came and said they had a bunch of to go orders first. I figured they help the drive thru before to go orders. Super rude and unprofessional. Not empathetic or kind in any way. Got my food and realized half way home they did not seal the bowl and all the juice leaked out over everything. They also smashed the chips with the heavy bowl of leaking liquid. Returned everything and got my money back. Never an apology once. Management is rude and I definitely won’t be back based on the customer service. It was terrible.

Food is good as always but lately (last 2 weeks or so) I’ve been getting undercooked, almost raw, potatoes in my burritos. Please cook the potatoes fully. Also there has been mistakes with orders..asking for guac and not getting it but being charged, getting cheese when didn’t ask for it but no charge.

Food is still excellent but orders still come out wrong, I always ask for no cheese on the bean burrito I get for my son because he’s allergic to dairy and 9 times out of 10 I get cheese on the burrito.
PEOPLE HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES! GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!

I came to this location today and my food was prepared wrong! I came back after I finished work to have it replaced, keep in mind the food was not touched.

The skinny little girl says you just. And back four 5 hours later? And you have no receipt.

No, I have the food!!

She has no business interacting with your customers. I can assure you I will make sure my 60 family members do not ever go here. Including their friends and their friends and their friends and all their family.

By far THE WORST Filiberto’s…. And I love Filibertos! I work Late nights so this is one of the only places open when I’m off work. I continue on giving them another try but I’m ALWAYS disappointed. Their cowboy fries are supposed to have cooked jalapeños and they NEVER come cooked anymore. They also don’t even slice them properly. I literally Have to pull it apart myself. The fries aren’t cooked all the way and are super soggy. I just pick around everything and eat the chicken. Also I opened my box and the kitchen ticket was inside of my box. So disappointed with their lack of care when it comes to their food. Their food is always trash. I’m done giving them another try. Shut this location down.

I’ve ordered from Uber eats at this location a couple times before and have never had an issue with the carne asada fries looking like this and tasting this horrible. They are so hard and taste burnt. It’s almost as if they put old fries in the deep fryer.
My kid’s literally couldn’t eat anything but a little bit of the carne asada. So this all was a waste of food, my time and $24.00. This went straight to the trash where it belongs!!
I called to complain and the man at the drive thru had a horrible attitude from the sound of his tone and made every excuse for the cook. Definitely will not be back!!
