For years green chili burrito at Filibertos has been served green chili pork only. Today we basically paid for a rice burrito and hardly had any meat in it. So disappointing . I understand its under new management but this meal truly was not what you expect from Filibertos.

The people who were there working seem nice. I wish I could say better things about this place. In order to use the restroom you have to touch a key on a chain attached to a wooden pole. Then you have to return it. Can you imagine how dirty this is? You have to bring it into the restroom with you. After returning it to the employees who are making your food, neither of you can wash your hands. The food wasn’t good either & it’s pretty expensive. I really don’t know how they stay in business. There was hardly anybody in there the entire time we were there & we were there quite a while talking to a friend who lives near by.

We usually don’t go to this Filiberto’s but have come here in the past and never experienced this. After my husband ordered his meal they provided the total rushing him to pull forward. They didn’t even ask if there was anything else he would like to order. He ordered the carne asada fries which were a lot smaller of a portion than we are used too. The fries tasted bland and weren’t even salted a little bit and there was hardly any sour cream. Picture shows the sour cream we added. I ordered a taco and cheese enchilada combo. Taco was good but the enchilada had no sauce and was thrown together with not even one piece of the cheese melted! The rice was also under cooked. Really disappointing. This location seems all about rushing the orders and providing no love to the food!

They closed this location down which was a bummer because it was my favorite. They just opened it back up, their horchata taste like watered cinnamon their carne asada fries are almost $16 and their super nachos almost $18 after seeing the new prices the husband and myself didn’t get anything for us just for the kids and spent $45.25 on two food items and two drinks for just the kids( they say the food is better then the mexiacn restaurant we had been going to since they closed down), they no longer have specials either…. we would be there probably 3 times a week to get the deals and throw in a super nacho n fries and horchatas because they were the best. Will probably only visit once a month if that with how expensive they gotten and it stinks because I was so excited for them to open back up.

Good and tasty food. However, I’d say it is expensive for fast food. Most everything I’ve tried is good. My only gripe (and it’s probably just my preference) was that the fish tacos were over breaded. One more plus is the 24 hour drive thru.

The food wasn’t the best. I had to buy a separate sour cream because they didn’t add sour cream. They cashier was with an attitude she wasn’t nice at all. When we came in she rolled her eyes.

First I’d like to start with saying Im a regular here and I’ve never had any issues with staff or food, however that’s always been with the day crew. I’m not sure if it’s different people for night crew but the experience was completely different. I went last night for two of their daily chimichangas specials and was served old food. The guacamole was literally black and the sour cream was dry and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I didn’t realize until I had gotten home since I ordered through drive through. I called the restaurant as soon as I saw the food and the customer service was terrible. The staff lied and tried to say everything is made the moment you order but when I went back and showed the food I was told by the employee at the drive through that maybe the person who did my order was in a rush. Totally unacceptable to be serving this type of food and not take accountability. I hope management takes this seriously because that food could have made anyone sick.

Went back today for the first time since location reopened. Prices went up but the food tastes more fresh. Service was good. It looks like they’ve gotten rid of all the specials and coupons though so I’ll be here a lot less frequently.

They have the absolute best tacos! Go on taco Tuesday where each Taco is only 99 cents. You can’t beat that price. Just look at that photo! My daughter and I go there every Tuesday.

came here for a breakfast burrito and a chorizo burrito. Got two chorizo burritos. Cant call them because phone doesnt work.. kinda crappy overall.
