If you like mid Hispanic food and bad customer service you’ll LOVE this place!
After being served my half cooked carne asada fries for my wife, I had to go back and request that they be remade in which I was told that they could absolutely remake them… for $15.99!! (Wow what a deal!)
This may be the only establishment on earth that is allowed to serve you whatever THEY determine to be acceptable and refuse to correct their mistakes because as long as you refuse to take accountability.. YOU AREN’T WRONG!… right??

Husband got me carne asada fries and they were soooooo soggy . He called me so I could hear the lady and she kept saying we have to pay 15 again . After my husband said she looked like she was mad , I said forget it . They need to put a sign up that says final purchase. Because huhhhhhh ? How you mess MY food up and tell me I gotta pay again . Oo yeah then she gonna tell my husband she can make some more fries and put them on top . Like girlllll bye im not about to play with yall crazy customer service just crazy terrible.

This place was awesome! My chicken quesadilla was good, just wish it would have had veggies in it as well. We tried the fish taco and it was not good…the fish was extremely soggy. But we also had a county burrito, and it was yummy. Price was not bad at all.

Love this place. Mine and my Son’s faves are the mini Tacos and a bean and cheese burrito on the side. They offer a salsa bar and the portions are great. Price is fair, can’t complain especially with the rising cost of food in general.

Terrible service. When asked for EXTRA guacamole for my rolled tacos they take it off the tacos and forgot to give it to me. Ask for no lettuce they don’t care. Guess ur getting lettuce. They also rush you with no line.

Ordered Carne Asada fries for $9.25, which is about a dollar cheaper than other Filibertos, but it was lacking in the quantity department. I opened the box and it look like someone took a meat dump on my fries, not very appetizing. Also the meat had a peculiar taste to it, like they tryin to add a little different flavor….FAIL!!!

I’ve been picking up breakfast burritos from Filiberto’s for my husband and his office, and they’re always a hit. ( His favorite bacon, egg cheese, and French fries) The quality is consistent—unlike other places that can be hit or miss. The food is fresh, flavorful, and always made right. The staff is always so friendly every single time. Overall Reliable and delicious.
