When jack in the box has less greasy tacos that are deep fried, are better than Filibertos…. you know you have to X this place off your list! The first set of tacos i got the beef was over cooked and couldn’t chew it! So I went back nicely told them the issue, they fixed it with greasy tacos. Never again….

This is the first and the last time My family will visit this particular restaurant. We have been to other Filbertos and had day/night experiences. 1st was ordering the shredded beef enchiladas Platter. Beef was not only over cooked but fried and burnt with a “not shredded beef taste”. The beans were covered with cheese (not melted, heaps of it), and the red sauce was stale. The drinks from the fountain smelled like something from a bathroom sewer including the ice tea that tasted like a dirty spigot. The tables were not cleaned, garbage can overflowing, and the people cooking the meal were more interested in singing music than probably paying attention to the order. The 2nd order was the rolled tacos and worse result. Over saturated with non melted cheese, (not Guacamole) sauce and honestly have no idea what the hell it was. The sauces you pour for yourself had flies, no covers on the lids. After we finished we had to stop by Albertsons to get Alka-Seltzer plus and I started vomiting when I got home. The two star for the service was for the cashier as he did his best with the order. Everything else was a disaster. I do not recommend this place but if you are someone with an iron stomach, likes overcooked or overcooked items, and possible food poisoning, then this is for you.

Me and my family visit lots of Filiberto’s and have throughout the years and one of the common things we run into is we cant usually get the food the way we want it. This restaurant is an exception in that they gave us exactly what we wanted without any up charge or argument. The manager here Humberto was very accommodating and seemed very attentive to our order and presence. Lilliana the associate the wrang up the order was very sweet and had a smile the entire time she spoke with us. The food was outstanding. Great job!!

Got the Hot Cheetos carne asada fries with a xl Zero sugar Coke, Super Nachos and a XL Root beer the Cheetos fries would be better if it was smashed up it seemed old and soggy as well with the fries itself. Everything else was good.

This place is awful. Taco Tuesday and they have the nerve to give me five tacos, none filled at all. They packed the tacos sideways in the bag and what little meat they gave spilled into the container. No sauce despite asking for both at the window. If a Mexican food place can’t do a taco, geez!

The food was great; my wife and daughter both had rolled tacos, my son had a bean and cheese burrito, and I had the carne asada. Mine tested wonderful and everyone enjoyed their food. The place was also very spacious and clean. They have a good menu and a wide selection. The location is also very accessible. My slight complaint was the service.
It wasn’t bad, it was just a little slow. When we were there, there was only one other family who came in after us and a man and boy ahead of us. Still, the food took almost 20 minutes to be available.
My daughter’s order was wrong so I took it back. I could see the cook’s demeanor change and he mumbled a few things in Spanish which I will guess were not in favor of my actions

This is my 3rd time coming to this location. Everytime has been a disappointment. Tonight I went thru the drive thru i ordered a bean, cheese and sour cream burrito, deep fried with red enchiladas sauce, I got to the windows the boy read me my order I said no I didn’t order carne aside and repeated I just want beans sour cream and cheese. He charged me I looked at my receipt he still charged me for the carne when I finally flagged him down to ask why I was charged for an item I didn’t ask for. His boss “betty” told him to refund me. So he did. Then returned to the windows to tell me if I wanted to drive around to reorder since there was cars behind me , I asked why I’ve sat here for 20mins because you guys messed up. He sorry you have to drive around . I parked got out to speak with “betty” she was rude and had the worst customer service. I asked for the managers name “beto” I will be calling tomorrow to speak to him. I left went to another restaurant down the road ordered the same thing and payed alot less then they were going to charge me at this location. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Haven’t been to Filiberto’s since my working days (6 years ago). The bacon and egg burrito was excellent and the green Chile you put on your burrito was great too. The big change I noticed since my working days was the cost of burrito as it had more than doubled in price.
