Quick order take out for Mexican food. I really like their rellenos l, but every time their refried beans are over salted. The rice is good and the green sauce is ok, albeit packaged. I normally pass on their offered sauces and use my own salsa. It’s better than Taco Bell and about the same price.

Our rice and beans were good, the rolled tacos were good, and my beef taco was good. But what was supposed to be my chicken enchilada was a cheese enchilada instead and it was an awful, congealed mess that I couldn’t eat. For just under $40 for two combo plates and no beverages, I expected more.
We chose this store over our usual store because we thought the convenience of the drive thru would be nice after a long day of travel but it wasn’t worth it. I won’t go back to this location.

I was sad to hear other filibertos locations closed down and this one stayed open. Fili-bs is honestly overpriced for the quality, however I dont mind paying that. I do mind the absolutely disgraceful service I get everything I’m here. The attitude of everyone who works here is that of someone who continuely gets their cereal peed in. I will happily continue to give my money to the los favs down the street. (Mind you they dont have a drive thru or any delivery options).

Terrible Burrito Experience, Raw shell, cold steak, brown guac, and underripe pico. Have had great burritos at other locations but this one seems to need a reboot. Waiting in the drive-thru line for 10 mins only for a cold burrito covered with second rate components.
They are 100% committed to failure – didnt even bother with fresh guac just hid the brown mess in a burrito where you wouldnt look. If you saw the pico in your fridge I would hope that you would toss it out. Cold, dry, under seasoned, over cooked steak never stood a chance, may have been edible days ago. All that goodness wrapped in a tortilla that they couldnt bother to toast up on the grill.
I hope you brought cash, because they want you to pay 3% more for using a card. Used to be the card places charged you if you had terrible credit, seems to track with this location.
There are 2 other filibertos locations close by, they dont have a drive through but their food is much better. I intend to avoid this one and would recommend anyone do the same.

I’ve been craving a chili relleno burrito for days. My husband picked up our food to bring home. My burrito is burnt and disgusting! We eat here often. Never again now. Employees who make this nasty food and still serve it, need to be fired. No one should ever have to pay for garbage. That’s not why people eat out. Sick of food places messing up customers’ orders! Inexcusable.

The manager and staff at this location are great. There was a mix up with an order, which turned out to be my fault, but they were courteous and accommodating throughout. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding. I will visit this location again.

My family and I stopped at this restaurant on February 11, 2022 with the expectation to purchase burritos. I did not feel like cooking this particular day. We don’t eat out on a normal basis so this was just like a quick fast way since we had been out all day. We are allergic to tomatoes and beans. I let the cashier know that we have allergies to tomatoes and beans for all three of my burritos. In turn I also told the cashier specifically how I wanted my burrito. There are certain things we add that don’t come on the burritos like shrimp, rice, and extra cilantro and onions when we order Mexican style food. We reached our destination home to eat our burritos and I was the first one to bite into my burrito. As you can see from the pictures there were tomatoes and beans in all of them. I called their number that is located on the top of the receipt and spoke to a General manager on that date February 11, 2022. He was a male and he told me to come back at any time with my receipt and they will remake my food for me with no problem. As you can see on the pictures I have my receipt, which is proof of purchase. I proceeded to go up there to get my food replaced and I spoke to a lady named Patricia. She said that she was the general manager. She was very rude and disrespectful by calling me a liar. I have a recorded video of the whole situation. Google maps does not give you the option to post videos. But I recorded this whole situation. They did not replace my food. They did not give me a refund. This place is highway robbery. If you have a mistake made on your order, they do not care. They treat the situation as if it’s your fault. On my receipt it says no pico which is no tomatoes. Please keep your receipt which is called a proof of purchase. You should be able to get your order remade. That is totally unfair and unjust. I don’t understand what is going on with the restaurants these days. No one wants to be accountable for their mistakes. Please everyone do not go to this restaurant and experience the same thing I have it is just unfair.

Went to Filiberto for carne fries and a few tacos . It turned out great. Valerie F. helped me out at the window and was so kind to chat with during my wait for the food. I recommend this Fili’s.
