Absolutely terrible customer service, and the food was disgusting. They didnt put any guacamole on my carne asada burrito and then tried to charge me $2 when I politely asked for a side of it to put on my steak and tortilla burrito, then they made me wait behind 6 different people. Ruined the whole lunch and appetite. She then refused to tell me who the manager was.

Came back to Filibertos after not having it for maybe half a year. Ordered a side of Tripas for 3$ only for the box to look less than half full rest of the prices on the menu have gone up but it looks like the portions are small or if your lucky big. Food is okay not what I used to remember it. As of 2025 not worth the time or money wasted 30 mins in a drive thru for my order to still be wrong.

My bf order tre pas and the guy that was serving didn’t care and I even call them and the cook made excuses say that there’s a certain spoon full of tre pas of scoop and mind you we been going to this restaurant with no problem with orders for Tre pas until today. Whatever spoon full they use this doesn’t look like a spoon full. And it’s 2:30 in early morning in casa grande, Az.

Food and staff were great both times I’ve been here. The 4 is because it’s not supposed to be a luxury food place. It’s simple, and it’s good!

Went here the other day and took my family! I got a grilled chicken burrito with some griled hott peppers and sat down and began to try and eat the whole burrito, I added rice and beans, and I failed, as you can see in the pictures, I would like to say everything was all good! Thank you! I will definitely visit this location more.

I went through the drive through with my boyfriend. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese. They asked what sauce I wanted, and asked for green sauce. We pulled up to the window, decided to order two tacos with everything on the side. Older white lady charged me twice for extra cheese, and forgot my green sauce. It may not be a big issue, but if your charging me twice for extra cheese, and I’m paying 30 dollars for my order, and I’m the only one in the drive through there’s no excuse for anything to be missing.

I recently dined at Fileberto’s Mexican Food, and while the service was warm and friendly, I found the food to be quite bland. The chicken and cheese enchilada plate with beans and rice that I ordered lacked any discernible seasoning, leaving me with a rather underwhelming dining experience.

They must have literally opened a can of beans, added nothing, made some plain rice, and sprinkled some cold cheese shreds on the beans and rice.

The enchiladas were actually dripping wet, so I had to use a fork and knife.

It felt as though the individual components were prepared without any flavorful enhancements, making the dish taste like separate, uninspired items. Despite the decent quality of the food, the lack of seasoning left much to be desired, and I felt that it did not justify the $21 price tag. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Fileberto’s in the future. Next time, I will go to Taco Bell and save my money, for at least they season the food there.

Haven’t been to a Filberto’s in years and was praying it was still delicious as I remember it, but unfortunately, it was not. The service was great, with the woman taking my order being understanding and accommodating. She worked with me to get the most food for the best price, which was $15 for two tacos, rice, beans, and chips and salsa. Thus, why the three stars.

Now the quality, we’ll, let’s just say it left me wanting more. The food wasn’t seasoned at all, and I am so glad I had hot sauce at home. The taco shells, beans, and rice were overly salty and had a heavy greasy taste and touch. The pico de gallo that came with the chips was small but actually seasoned, which surprised me as the rest of the food was not. Another good thing was that the chips were crispy and lightly fried. They did not need any salsa.

As some of the reviews have said, the quality of the food perhaps depends on the location. I am just not sure I want to take that $15 chance on that. Sorry Filberto’s, I’m going to have to pass from now on.
