I love this place… No where are you going to go and get 3 rolled beef tacos with cheese for $2.39… I love there $1.89 Shredded beef tacos with cheese and lettuce and their beans and rice are the best I have ever had. I like the red sauce. Tortillas are always fresh tasting and cooked perfectly. I say this about this place for old and new owners. CHURROS ARE OFF THE HOOK FRESH! Again better than any fair that I have gotten them from in the past… Kid meals are great, french fries are always fresh… Not super crispy but home made quality… Just what I am looking for when I go to Filberto’s… If I wanted crunchy fries, I definitely be at McDonalds…lol Please, whatever you do don’t change these items… I come to see you at least 5 plus times a month… I would starve without these items… Oh, and you have to try any Burritos with their French fries in it… takes it to the next level. I have had their Breakfast, Bean and Cheese and California Burritos that way… My next to try will be the Green Chili with Fries… Cant wait!! Have a great day! Thanks for the amazing food. This Filiberto’s that is now under new construction is my favorite location. Everything I’ve tried tastes so good! My favorites to order are the Arizona burrito and the cowboy fries, they are amazing!! Their food is always so fresh. Inside was very clean and the staff were really nice. Highly recommend!!

The food here is the worse out of all the Filiberto’s I’ve tried. FIRE THE COOK. My carne asada tacos the meat was hard like it was over cooked and no seasoning. Maybe even thicker pieces made it hard to chew or the hard meat? Who knows smh I ordered a breakfast burrito for later and I’m hoping that’s at least good. If you can’t master the tacos then that’s a big problem. Definitely need to step it up for the price I paid ridiculous. Fix the food and this place would be coo. Stopped in for a bite before a concert at Ak-Chin… Was immediately impressed by how clean it was; we’re talking sparkly… The service was fast and friendly, the food tasted great. If you’re on this side of town and you don’t wanna spend a bunch of money, Filiberto’s doesn’t disappoint!

I ordered Carne Asada fries,the first thing I said to the cashier was that I wanted the fries extra crispy. After ten minutes waiting I received my order and left. I get home and open the box. I couldn’t believe it the fries were barely cooked and there was barely half a portion inside. I paid $10.36 with a $1 off coupon and got maybe $5 worth. This is rediculous a bunch of scammers. I took it back and explained to the cashier my dissatisfaction with my order she explained that the cook pre-portions the fries and Carne Asada. I just got a refund, and went to Federico’s. Their food tastes alot better anyway.

So we ordered 4 orders of 3 rolled tacos, if you look at the menu it doesn’t include guacamole in the description. My mom is allergic to onions and avocados, it gives her hives and rashes. So she travels all the way across town to visit me in the hospital and we sit down to eat, she opened it up and they all have guacamole. She calls this location (the was the one she bought from then drove across town) and explained the situation stating that on the item description, it doesn’t describe what’s on it. Every location we went to only comes with only cheese when you order an order of 3, you only get guacamole if you get an order of 5. When she called and explained the situation, the lady kept repeating “our location comes with quacamole” which isn’t true because I personally have had to pay a surcharge for guacamole on my 3 rolled tacos. When my mom explain the situation to the lady on the phone, and during their conversation, the lady never apologized for the issue and repeated about 6 times I quote “our location comes with guacamole” that’s all she kept repeating. My mom told her “I understand, you’ve explained that many times. But I ordered rolled tacos with cheese, not guacamole” verbatim, my mom always says cheese because she cannot eat guacamole. The lady said “oooh my god” and started laughing at my mom. The lady finally agreed to replace the food and when my mom asked for her name so she could go in and say “____” approved that we can have reorder for free for the misunderstanding. The lady then became degrading and said “you don’t need my name im the manager.”. This is horrible customer service, they treat them horribly and don’t care about them, she now can’t eat the food she paid for because it will cause her to have an allergic reaction and the manager as she claims. Laughed at her and kept repeating that, thats always what they do that on their orders of 3 rolled tacos. I’ve been going to this exact location for 10+ years and I’ve always had to pay an extra fee for guacamole on my 3 rolled tacos. So there’s two options going on here. They’re either lying or stealing. Because I had to always pay for guacamole on my order of three rolled tacos but never on my order of 5, but now they’re saying they always did that. So they’re either lying to her saying they always do it just so they don’t have to take accountability for their actions or they are charging customers extra for something that’s already included.

Went to this place for 2 simple tacos and a chicken bowl… The tacos were full of grease and had little to no meat in them.. the chicken on the bowl had a charred taste and they charged for extra cheese and gave us 3 extra strands, the pico was old and you could tell it wasnt fresh by looking at it and this was early morning.. My husband was so upset he wanted something else.. i posted a pic to show how the other place put this place shame… they need to take some lessons .. I will not be going back nor will i recommend anyone to this location

This place fell off bad. This is like the third time I went and the food is always cold. Ordered super nachos. Super cold the cheese. The pico de gallo. The beans were hard and mushy not warm at all. The carne asada was super cold. Mind you. I just live around the corner too so it only took me 2 minutes to get home. This place used to be my favorite, but it is probably one of the worst filibertos around they did a little bit of remodeling too to the place and the food hasn’t changed at all. The guy at night is also rude. Slammed the glass door on me just cuz I said. Have a good night. Won’t be coming back here again after I paid $20 for super nachos which is insane. Filibertos needs to be closed. It’s getting too expensive and it’s just not worth it at all.
