I go here all the time to get the cowboy fries, but I think I will be taking a break for a while. Their food has gone downhill. Four months now when I order the cowboy fries, the fries are soggy, they seem old, they’re brown and don’t taste very good. The cowboy fries themselves look messy, they just slap on some sour cream, some chopped up chicken that’s hit or miss if it taste good or if it’s chewy and cold and then they throw on some jalapeños which is hit or miss on who’s cutting them and how thin or big they are and if they’re fresh or not. Overall, this was my favorite dish order back in the day and now I no longer will be until their food. improves. Again, the fries are soggy, brown. The food is messy presentation the way they just lap on the toppings. It’s unfortunate because someone back in the day used to take a lot of pride and preparing the food and it was so good and worth the price but it no longer looks good or taste good anymore. I know it’s hard to tell him the picture but The fries are brown and soggy, the chicken doesn’t taste good, there’s just a little bit of sour cream on there and a couple random slices of jalapeños.

The absolute worst food and customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The woman I delt with had the worst attitude ever! And she told us that her manager could not make good buy the terrible service and food we received earlier in the day.
I could have left a terrible review the first time around this morning but my partner and I went back for lunch to see if they could make good for the bad situation this morning.
After accusing us of basically lying about our situation in the morning and them trying to nickel and dime us over what else they would be willing to compensate. I will never ever go here again and I will make sure everyone in my company, friends and family never eat here either. Absolutely disgusting behavior and food!!!

I normally am opposed to giving a review strictly on the basis of price. However this is egregious enough to merit an exception. It is truly ridiculous how much they charge for what they offer. Thats not to say that the food is bad, just that it is incredibly excessive. Other fast food restaurants are able to provide meals at reasonable prices. If they cant they should shutter up

I ordered two carne asada fries. They were absolutely disgusting I threw mine away. $32 down the drain. The fries were the crinkly ones and burnt to a crispy almost brown color. Disgusting. if I could do negative stars i would trust me!

I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and 2 carnita tacos. The carne asada tacos were a bit dry but good. However, the carnitas were very dry, and half of the meat -well, the meat that was there – were crispy edges which I do not care for. Additionally, as you can see in the pic, one taco was half full because they overlapped the tortillas and then loaded the meat – but, who cares right?

First time trying Filibertos since I live in Texas. Food was good for being mexican “fast food”. (Similar to Taco Cabana in TX) I believe I ordered #2 combination plate. Beans were my favorite. I did order beef as my protein and burrito is kinda dry since it’s literally just your meat protein and the tortilla but I spruced my burrito up by adding beans and rice and salsa and ended up good. I would probably go back and order again especially late night since it’s 24 hours.
