If I could give negative stars, trust me I would.
Tonight’s drive thru experience was beyond lacking.
I asked for 3 Carne asada street tacos with just cheese and pico.
Asked for a #5 and a side of pico and sour cream.
Get to my destination to discover plain street tacos and next time, actually make sure the lids are on tight for the sides. Both were open and spilled in my order. Also I asked for a #5-plain cheese enchiladas. You gave me chicken!!!
If you can’t follow simple instructions and make what I requested. Why bother at all?
I called and I was offered a free side of pico. What are I supposed to do with that? Also advised of issue with my #5-again no offer to make it right.
For spending $34.28 on food I expect to get what I ordered!! I will be disputing this with my bank, so a charge-back will occuring.
The amount I spend here monthly, the last 10 orders-8 of them were wrong or missing what I ordered and no one makes an attempt to make it right. I will NOT be back and I’ll take my business to a competitors instead.

I’m giving 2 stars because while the beef taco was decent the enchilada wasn’t even cooked, the beans were hard and the rice was completely bland. This place has gone downhill and I’ve only ate here twice this entire year. Both times I had issues and this experience confirms I won’t be going back.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito last night and I was not aware their burritos came with a large piece of plastic inside! This will be reported to the health department! That is absolutely not ok, this location needs to be shut down
The cheese enchilada dinner was terrible, the cheese wasn’t when melted and they weren’t warm at all so I’m not sure any part of it touched a heat source. Do not waste your money here.
