Ok Hwy. 44 Travelers, everyone needs to stop in and try this delicious Mexican Restaurant. Wait Mexican?
Their enormous menu includes pizza, sandwiches and so many other delights including phenomenal Mexican dishes!
This trove of tasty treats is tucked away in historic RED BARN in Bourbon.
Fast Service, Fantastic food, and friendly faces waiting on you never leaving your glass empty.
And they are dog friendly !!

We are out of towners and were looking for a good place to eat. We saw the reviews and decided to stop in.
The food is not authentic Mexican. Tacos are hard shell and the tortillas are flour based. I ordered a plain chicken taco for my daughter. The waitress brought it to our table with lettuce. She took the plate back and apologized for the mistake. However, the kitchen has an open window view and I saw the waitress pick the lettuce from my child’s plate with her bare hands! I literally cannot believe that she had the audacity to serve the plate after touching it. I sent the plate back and canceled my child’s order.
While sitting in the restaurant, I noticed the microwave being run several times by the chef. Then he would bring out the food and it was steaming from the microwave. Crazy to think I paid for food that was not freshly prepared.
To the owners of this place, do better so customers don’t have to come on here and warn other people of your poor customer service.

Worst 45$ I ever spent. Tacos were salty and greasy.The shells were clearly stale and hard to eat. No lettuce or tomato on the tacos .The rice was bland. Salsa was good. They have a huge menu online. However, last night we were told they only have Mexican food so we had to call back with a different order. I reading reviews about pizzas and sandwiches I was told they didn’t have any of those items. As Chef, I’ve never had worse Taco’s or fajita burrito. Yuck!!!

Had dinner there for the first time on the way home from floating at Ozark Outdoors. The food was delicious! There was just one guy waiting tables and he rocked. He was on top of it. The place was not packed but it was full and and we did not have to wait for an extended time to get our drinks or our order placed. This was great dinner for the end of a great day! I would definitely go there again to eat. There were four of us and we all had nothing but good things to say about the food.

Highly recommend this place! One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area! The pineapple fajita is a must try! They have a large variety and it is all so good! Best chips and salsa too!
