What a great place! Excellent service by Marcus; great atmosphere and aesthetics. I had the Godfather sandwich it was delicious excellent thin crispy chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, nice fresh tomato slices, prosciutto. Like Wow! My wife had a very tasty omelette and our friend had the Juevos Rancheros. We all loved our food, the boozy coffee was also spectacular! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Went for breakfast this morning and everything was fantastic. All the food was seasoned to perfection. The service was amazing, loved Joe up front keeping things entertaining while guests wait. Michelle our waitress was tentative and a delight. Highly recommend you check this place out but check in online on your way to cut down on the wait time.

Figmor is exactly the kind of restaurant you hope to stumble upon when you’re looking for real, scratch-made food with quality ingredients. I discovered it while staying on the American side of Niagara Falls and searching for a breakfast spot that felt genuine and thoughtfully prepared. Even though we had to wait about a half hour for a table, it was obvious why the restaurant has such a loyal following — everyone in line and inside kept saying it was worth the wait, and they were absolutely right. The system is super convenient: they take your number and send a text when your table is ready, so you can explore some of the little shops nearby instead of hovering around the entrance.

We went for breakfast and started with the Mimosa flight, which included four different flavors. Each one was unique, but the hair flavor ended up being my favorite — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and just the right amount of bubbles. For food, we couldn’t resist the stuffed French toast since it’s one of their signature dishes and it was everything people said it would be. The toast was perfectly cooked — warm, fluffy, and topped with just the right amount of sweet and fresh toppings. Every bite felt like it had been made with care and attention to detail. We also tried the sausage biscuits and gravy along with some eggs, and everything came out at the same temperature, which is always a sign that the kitchen runs smoothly and cooks everything to order rather than letting some dishes sit under a heat lamp.

The staff at Figmor were attentive and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is bright, inviting, and very clean — even the bathrooms were spotless, which always adds to the overall comfort. It’s the kind of place where you feel like the staff genuinely care about the food they’re serving and the guests they’re hosting.

If you’re in the New York Niagara Falls area and want a breakfast spot that combines scratch-made meals, attentive service, and a welcoming, clean environment, Figmor is absolutely worth it. The combination of high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked dishes, and thoughtful touches like the Mimosa flight and efficient seating system make it a memorable breakfast destination. Even with a short wait, I would gladly line up again because the food and experience were that good.

We had the BEST experience on Valentine’s Day. Jayne was our server and she was exceptional, truly a highlight of our experience. The gentleman at the host stand was equally as enjoyable. The food was great. Everything went at a good pace. Will come back.

I come here every Sunday for breakfast with my Dad. It is amazing! Hailey and Michelle always make us feel like we’re at home here, truly makes a difference when the service is impeccable.

Today they had chicken & waffles on special, it was PHENOMENAL! Perfectly crispy chicken and fluffy waffle. Highly recommend getting that if they have it on special. Eggs Benedict is also on point. Truly a great restaurant.

Servers had smiles on their faces. Everything was delicious.

I loved the monstera decor & the Golden Girls decor. When my family comes into town I’m definitely bringing them here.

I do just want to mention the host said it was okay if we sat outside and he said he would come get our name and phone number, then proceeded to sit many others. Instead of apologizing, he said what did you wait 15 minutes? That’s not bad for a Saturday. Just weird! But otherwise had an extremely nice time.

Thank you for having us

My husband and I had breakfast here for the first time this morning, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the host, Joe — what a wonderful man! He made us feel like we’d known him forever. So kind and funny!

Our waitress was just as lovely — attentive and so friendly. Then we met the owner, Joey… another genuinely great guy.

And the food… holy smokes. Hands down the best breakfast we’ve had out in a long time. It tasted just like homemade.

We’ll definitely be back — not just for the incredible food, but to visit our new friend Joe!
Thanks for the great experience!

Had a fantastic experience at Figmor. The banana waffle was perfectly golden with a rich, comforting flavor—sweet but well balanced, with a fresh, homemade taste. The fajita omelet was outstanding: tender steak, fluffy, hearty, and packed with bold, savory flavors that really stood out in every bite.

The food had great depth and richness without feeling heavy, perfectly matching the warm, local vibe of the restaurant. Service was excellent as well—Kayla was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Food was tasty and well-seasoned, large portions. Wish they had more coffee options other than just cold brew, but they do have an extensive alcohol menu for the brunch drinkers. The staff were lovely and attentive, we sat on the back patio which was breezy and enjoyable.

When you think of brunch places, I’m immediately transported back to a time where I was surrounded by good food, friends and most importantly great cocktails! Figmor delivers. I always say that you can immediately tell your experience at a restaurant or business by your first interaction when you walk in. The host, who we later found out was the owners brother was everything you want as an introduction. He was as effervescent as the bubbles in my Mimosa! We decided to have a couple drinks at the bar and Bree our bartender was friendly, charming and personable. We made our way to our seats and ordered our food which I had the 50 Shades of Green salad with Chicken and Cilantro Lime dressing (which I didn’t eat because the flavor wasn’t for me) and my friend had Country Bennys with sausage gravy and a breakfast sausage. Plus after all the drinks he consumed at the bar he ordered Mac & cheese too lol. Now, the only feedback I have and it’s why I took away a star is the knives aren’t adequate for eating. You need something that is serrated and I say this, because my chicken was quite dry and I couldn’t cut it with what looked like a smaller butter knife without tipping over my bowl. Which is what nearly happened several times over. These are easy fixes and with some tweaks this spot is a must see if you’re visiting North Tonawanda. In the warmer months there is also seating outside, which is covered will be the place to be!
