Figlio will always have a spot in our hearts. They have the most simple but flavorful bread they serve. The bread is soft and salted, with the most wonderful olive and Italian seasoning mix to dip it in. The food is always perfectly cooked and tasty. I love their pizzas, this visit is the first time I got one without tomato sauce, and it was so good. The pizza I ordered is called “Peter & Laurie’s Favorite”. The caramelized onions on my pizza gave it so much flavor. I had no clue caramelized onions belong on a pizza! My wife ordered the Chicken Diablo Pasta, and she said it was delicious. She said it was bursting with flavor, and had a spicy kick to it also! I did not indulge in dessert this trip, but the dessert options all looked soo good. I will be getting the brownie sundae next time. This is the perfect date night spot if you want some good Italian food, a nice atmosphere, and all at a reasonable price.

This small but mighty restaurant absolutely took our breath away. We had the most wonderful experience in terms of ambience, food quality/flavor and service. We will definitely be back. The chicken Diablo 10/10, the Rasberry pureé crem -brûlée was absolutely phenomenal, as well as the chicken Marsala and the pear salad is DIVINE. I can’t say enough good things!!

Spaghetti and meatballs was light and filling. Meatballs were an average size, smaller than a fist. Really enjoyed the salmon entree which was served on a bed of ravioli and asparagus with a browned butter sauce. Dipped bread in leftover sauce. So good! Being a Dayton native, was able to enjoy the Trotwood lager and creme brulee, which was inspired by a Dayton chef. Ella’s was a fantastic server. Very attentive and friendly. Made ordering easy by suggesting her favorites from each category on the menu. Will return soon!

My Wife and I spent 3 weeks in Southern Italy in May and we had a wonderful time. Since returning we have continued our search for true authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Columbus, Ohio. The Margarita Pizza which we had tonight was the closest that we have had to an Italian Pizza. Pizza originated with the poor in Naples, the poor. They do not bury the bread with topping as many American pizza establishments do, but they apply just a splash of tomato sauce and a few dollops of mozzarella and let the flavor of the bread come through. Oh, and let’s not forget their wonderful salads they were fresh, flavorful and delicious. Mackenzi was our waitress and she did a wonderful just job, kind, cheerfully and smiling. Normally we take pictures before we take the first bit, but it was too beautiful to resist…

I came here for Columbus’s Restaurant Week 2022. I was absolutely blown away! From the outside it looks like a small restaurant with a small bar. On the inside it is huge but intimate. They have beautiful decor and a large wine wall that is absolutely astounding! I believe my waiters name was Tim and he was absolutely amazing. I had the 3 course meal. My first course was Spinach/Arugula Salad. It was refreshing and delicious. For my second course I had the Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce Pasta, which was so delicious and filling to the perfect amount. My date had the Prosciutto and Artichoke pasta which was also delicious! For our dessert courses we had Tiramisu which was pretty tasty and the Creme Brûlée. This is the best Creme Brûlée I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back, for the ambiance, the amazing staff, the delicious pasta, the tasty wine and the awesome Creme Brûlée ! I highly recommend this restaurant. P.S the bread is soooooo good !

Overall a pretty good dining experience. Myself and a friend visited for a prom dinner recently, and it had overall good food. Great service too by the staff! Only complaint was I requested a chicken Diablo with a different sauce, but it came with the original. Still really enjoyed it though! We also had a painting a little to close to our seats where we bumped into it, but like before it’s all good. 4.5 if I could give it!

This is my first visit to Figlio since pre-pandemic and it did not disappoint! The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve 5 stars. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce wasn’t overly seasoned, and the meatballs were tender and flavorful. Always end your meal with the tiramisu!

Not only was the food amazing, but the service makes me wish I could put more than 5 stars. Our server Julia had awesome energy and went out of her way to show me details about the Pinot Noir I had (which I recommend). I will definitely be coming back here.

Figlio is a great date night staple. Their pizzas are always a great choice. No matter which variation you try- the crust is superb. My go to is the pear and Brie which manages to balance being both light and indulgent at the same time. We also love the margarita. It’s a small location, which allows for a very intimate dining experience but on the weekend reservations are a must.
