I love Figaro’s and they’re ☆☆☆☆☆ in my book. I made a confusing mistake on my online order (I ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni with toppings on the pepperoni half, put in the comments to make sure half was cheese only but hadn’t selected a left or right side for the final two toppings) and I’m working, so I had another staff member run down to order my daughter a personal cheese pizza. He mentioned what had happened and whoever was working argued that half was only cheese. That’s the only reason I gave four stars for service this time. I could not get through on the phones without an instant busy signal so I’m assuming they were swamped tonight. I did eat the pizza still and didn’t plan on exchanging it, it was my bad. Just didn’t like the staff being argumentative to my coworker when there certainly were additional toppings on the cheese half.

A traditional American pizza diner you don’t see those anymore, and their food quality was much above what you would get at another pizza store. I only had their calzones, but it had a good amount of filling and wasn’t mostly bread like most places.

Pizza was tasty. Nothing spectacular, but the service was very friendly. This was a nice stop on our road trip. We say outside in the patio and enjoyed our pizza before continuing on our way. Was actually very nice.

Possibly the best crispiest thin crust pizza I’ve ever eaten. I only gave 4 stars because the ice machine in the fountain drink dispenser was empty and when I brought it to the attention of a staff member we learned it had been non functional for a few days. But the pizza, a thin crust chicken bacon ranch with white sauce, was GREAT!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza was available in various crust thicknesses, was freshly baked and tasty. Our salad was prepackaged and a little tired. We were pleased to be able to sit at a table outside on the deck.

First of all, I love good pizza and rate them based on crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, etc.
I was shocked at how good Figaro’s was. I got a large thin crust cheese pizza with pineapple(not my favorite topping but my wife ordered). The pizza cost $16, and was done in 10 minutes. The thin crust was perfect. Crispy even to the last slice, and with the perfect level of chewiness. The sweetness of the pineapple made the sauce flavor difficult to analyze, but it was good. There was the right amount of cheese and it was not oily. Was able to eat it in the car while driving, without making a big mess.
Overall, an excellent pizza at a cheap price!

I guess it was the owners child that was folding boxes for pizza, made an extremely rude comment to me towards my wife. A couple months later, my wife saw the child and the owner in the grocery store, the little boy wouldn’t even look at my wife and took off
I’ve heard other stories of how rude the owner is from other people. Regardless of how good the pizza is, we will be taking other business elsewhere.
I suggest the owner be a better person and teaching his little humans to be better.
