Ordered a pizza, it was made missing some of the requested toppings. I called about a replacement and was told they would put a credit on my account for my next order. Fast forward to today when I call to redeem said credit only to be told it was never applied to my account.

I ordered from here as traditionally, they have good pizza in my town. Not so here. Pizza was stale and hard to eat. Also ordered a full pound of wings and only got 6 wings. Those are expensive wings ($2.83 a wing).
Serves me right for not checking the food before I left. Will not be back.

I’ve always liked ordering their pizzas cuz they were always loaded with plenty of items on them. This time I ordered it was skimpy wasn’t very happy. I even had items added. Ask the girl if there was pepperoni on here and she pointed to two on the pizza

Having had a pretty negative experience at another local restaurant tonight, I remembered the super courteous, amazing service I got at Figaros just this week. Sometimes I don’t leave the positive reviews because the negative stand out, but Figaro’s has always gotten our order right, been ready when, or sooner than they said, and their staff even when busy is generally super polite and helpful! Went there today as a Doordash driver to pick up a order they said it would only be 12 mins. Okay no big deal. So I wait and wait. And 45 mins goes by and I ask again. And they said the order still is not ready. And this order was only 3 items and they would help every one else who came in and take new orders and just keep skipping pass the door dash order. And I’ve been doing this job for 7 years and having to wait for and order I bad enough but when they keep pushing doordash back is pretty unprofessional I’m just trying to do my job like they are and they want to treat me with total disrespect. I will be going in the store talking to the manager and if I have to I will take to to corporate and the B.B.B

Good pizza but pricey. That’s what you get when there are no chains in town. They have a good staff though and are very fast at making orders. The pizza is pretty flavorful but sometimes is uneven or lacking when it comes to toppings. Their boneless wings are really good as well. All in all much better than the other place in town.

The store closes at 9pm and I showed up around 8:45pm to make my order. I really appreciate the positive attitude the employee V (name starts with V) presented to me despite the fact that I had her work past closing time. Its not common for everyone to ask how their day was while still working, she seemed like she genuinely cared.

Love our local Figaros Pizza. It’s always delicious, lots of toppings, and hot and ready for you whether you get it delivered, you pick it up, or take it home and bake it yourself. There’s plenty of options for toppings, sauces, sides, drinks, salads, and dessert. Customer service is great and they always honor the coupons you recieve in the mail. I only left 4 stars for atmosphere because it’s just a grab and go place. You don’t really need much atmosphere. Lol. But if your basing it on smell alone….10 stars. Now I want some Figaros. I highly recommend the 12 topping classic! So good!

I have the store several chances. Every time there was something wrong with the order. It wouldn’t be too bad, except that the driver will be mad at you for pointing out the mistake. The last time I ever ordered from here, I had to wait 2 hours, didn’t get my food. I had to contact a manager to get my money back. They offered a free pizza in return, but the food is not worth the hassle anymore.
