Figaretti’s is always a hit. The restaurant is very intimate, the staff are amazing, and the food is always outstanding. The portions are pretty big so it is definitely worth the price! We can’t wait to go back.

We arrived here Tuesday night for dinner. It was pretty crowded but we were in luck and got a table right away. Our server, Nichole, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes and all of us enjoyed it. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely visit again when I’m back in town.

A co-worker an I ate here on a Thursday night. We are not from this area and came here at the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. Figaretti’s is an old restaurant deeply engrained in the community. We didn’t expect the first class treatment as far as the down to earth service and hospitality. The food was stunningly good! I had the Pork Chop with the cream sauce (forgive me for not remembering but it’s a must), fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and sausage as my main course. I’ll just say that the Pork Chop is a MUST when dining here, but there are so many great choices on the menu. My co-worker agrees with the dining experience. A++ Restaurant would very highly recommend!! Will be back to Figaretti’s again when next in town without a doubt.

The service was very friendly, the food amazing, had a bowl of mushroom and brie soup was amazing…we also had lasagna and a pork chop dinner..both meals delicious …

We found this spot when traveling. The kids wanted Italian and we were not disappointed. The staff was wonderful, the owner even stopped by to say hello to us. My husband had the surf and turf but with lobster and a pork chop which was a different opinion. He said it was fabulous. The best onion rings he’s ever had. The server even brought him a side of Marsala to dip the pork chop in. Which he normally doesn’t care for but he said the Marsala was even delicious!
The cheese ravioli is clearly homemade and tastes fabulous. Our daughter said the spaghetti was the best she has ever had. Highly recommended this local spot. Next time we are in town, we will be back.

My sister and I took my brother to dinner for his birthday on Tuesday . We were there around 4. The food we ordered ended up coming home to spice up. My sister got something with Alfredo sauce and it was like paste .My brother got spaghetti in marinara sauce ,which was watery and very lite on sauce. I got the Dino fig special and it was like watery soup. Even are waitress noticed my brothers dish she did offer to bring more sauce.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 4-year anniversary at your restaurant, a place we’ve always cherished in the Ohio Valley. We were excited to enjoy a special evening, especially with our first child being babysat by his grandparents for the holidays.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Despite making a reservation and informing the staff of our anniversary, we encountered several issues:
1 Limited Menu Options: We were informed that all deep-fried foods were unavailable shortly after 7:00 PM, limiting our appetizer choices.
2 Service Delays: We had to request bread, which was usually served before our salads but arrived with them this time.
3 Noise and Disruption: The patrons at the bar were loud and disruptive, and the owner seemed more focused on them than on ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
4 Rushed Atmosphere: We overheard the owner instructing a waitress to hurry tables along, which made us feel rushed and undervalued.
5 Dessert Availability: When we finally decided to order dessert, most options were unavailable.
When we expressed our concerns to the owner, he became defensive and emphasized the need to turn tables quickly for business reasons. This response made us feel that customer satisfaction was secondary to profit.
We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. We have always valued your restaurant for its family-friendly atmosphere and excellent service, and we hope it can return to those standards.
