Stopped at this place on a day of exploring the Cape. Food was very good. Only negating was I asked for additional veggies in my omelette and only got one single onion and single mushroom. Also We weren’t told it was an extra cost for real maple syrup, but at least we got to take the rest home. Atmosphere was cute and staff was pleasant.

Heard many great things about the Fig Tree Café, and finally were able to pay them a visit. We were not disappointed. We both had the Cotuit croissant and he had a coffee. Both were absolutely delicious. Other than burning his mouth because he couldn’t stop eating it, our experience was superb. We can’t wait to go again and bring our daughter Sunday after church.

Oh gosh you HAVE to go!!!! They have fresh farm eggs and duck eggs, all local!!! Duck eggs are so delightful!! The coffee is honestly the best I’ve had around for a while. They started making smoothies too! It used to be called the Mills restaurant, the new owner is a doll and has transformed it into a quaint Cafe boasting of fresh organic healthy choices along with the usual breakfast and lunch choices. You can’t go wrong!

Update: staffing shortages are tough however opening the outside dining to walk-up take out food is not a solution when the wait for the food is literally 45 minutes. I would have been happier knowing that the wait would be that long to decide whether or not to stay.

Stopped here with our 3 kids on the way home from the Cape. The Portuguese sandwich and home fries were incredible along with the egg white omelette. The service was wonderful and it has such a friendly atmosphere. The table next to us got the apple crisp french toast and it looked amazing. Definitely a spot to go to again when we come back.

I have lived in the Mills for 30 years. I have been coming here since it opened as The Mills and now The Fig Tree. The food is generally good and the service great; a nice bunch of locals. Breakfast yesterday with my son. We both asked for hash browns rather than home fries with our omlettes. When I paid I thought it was a lot but went with it. I looked at the bill later and discovered we were charged $5 each for a substitution!!! Hash browns cost $5.50 as a side! A buck or two wouldnt have fased me but $10!! To top it off the portions were tiny and mushy. Very disappointing.
