This new Mexican restaurant is a nice addition to the area. I stopped in for burritos and was genuinely impressed. The tortillas were fresh, the fillings were generous, and everything tasted well-seasoned and made with care. The chicken burrito wasn’t the typical shredded chicken, but a tasty grilled chicken breast cut into bite size pieces. The burrito was hearty without being sloppy. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the place has a relaxed vibe. Only downside was the lack of draft beers, though the happy hour was great for bottled beers and margaritas

Went on a Food Adventure and found this Tex Mex Restaurant. This used to be a Greek Restaurant, but Fiesta opened in March. They did a fantastic job Remodeling, they made it very colorful and updated quite a bit. I hope they make it, as this shopping center does not look like it has a lot of traffic. Please go visit, it’s worth it. Our Server was super nice. We saw Taquitos on the Appetizer Sampler, but only wanted those not the rest. The Owner was very accommodating and made it happen. Entrees were Seafood Enchiladas and Beef Fajitas. Both delicious, but we prefer our Fajitas cooked to order, MR to MED. Would Recommend.

I really enjoyed the food here. Call me simple, but I honestly loved the rice, beans, guacamole, and sour cream. Their pico de gallo was on point, their chips, too.
I like a little more heat to my salsa, theirs seemed to be a little more sweet than this one’s Tex-mex homeland suggests. The flan was great, creamy and just the right tough of cinnamon.
Service was attentive and prompt. Look forward to going again.

I was craving a chimichanga so badly, but they’re usually tough to order for pickup because they only taste great when they’re fresh. This time was different. My chimichanga was incredible. I ate it at home and it was still warm, fresh, and perfect.
I also want to give a big thank you for the service. It was a cold night, my son was in his car seat, and I didn’t want to take him out. I called and they were kind enough to bring my order out to the car. Truly appreciated.

Hidden Gem ! This place was so good you guys need to try it! We got enchiladas , sampler , and fajitas everything was so yummy ! The flan was amazing one of the best ones I’ve had and I’m very picky with my flan definitely need to give it a try! Everyone is so nice and attentive! Definitely will be back again :)!

Ordered via Doordash. Lomo was good, one of the better ones in town. it lacked a little bit of flavor but the cut of meat was tender and not fatty. Chicken tacos were okay, a bit dry. Paradilla was good too, would’ve preferred the meat had been cut but didn’t take away from the dish.

Popped in for some takeout after a spin class. Ended up staying for a beer and chatting with the very pleasant owners. Food was amazing and honestly, if you want to support a small business and enjoy good quality food and atmosphere…this is a great spot! Looking forward to my next visit.

As far as Tex-Mex cuisine goes, you could do a lot better than this place. For starters, the atmosphere is okay for a Mexican themed restaurant, it was when we started the food order.
I asked our waitress what the difference between the grilled tacos and the tacos de la casa, and she could not even give me a straight answer. I ended up ordering the beef tacos de la casa with rice and refried beans.
The chips and salsa, they could do a lot better. The chips were okay, but the salsa looked like ketchup. I’m not sure if it even was salsa.
As for our dishes, my tacos came out and was thoroughly disappointed. First off, only two tacos when the menu shows portrays four tacos. The shells were obviously Old El Paso brand. More like ones from Taco Bell. They should be making their own taco shells or use soft tacos instead. The meat was okay but nothing to write home about. It was more like a pot-roast in a taco shell. The rice and refired beans, again nothing special.
The place was not even very busy at the time, and I don’t know how long it took to get the check. When it came out, ~$17 for the two tacos, SERIOUSLY?????? If I was given four tacos, that would be more reasonable, but just for two????? WHAT A RIP OFF.
I have tried several other Tex-Mex establishments, and they were all better than this place. I would avoid at all costs.

Fiesta Tejana was amazing! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were perfect. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere made everything even better. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, delicious food!
