Thos burrito truck does the burrito way well, highly recommend to any vanlifer.

As far as taco trucks go this one checks all the right boxes, price, flavor, service. Probably some of the best El Pastor I’ve ever had, the meats are choice, never had a grissely piece and the chicken is cubed, seasoned and actually flavorful. Definitely worth the extra distance I travel to go here. Only complaint and it’s on me, forgetting their yummy salsas and hot sauce.

Yesterday was so disappointing that I will not be returning. I ordered two of the super burritos, which were supposed to have everything in them, including sour cream and avocado. I haven’t been to Fiesta Taco in quite awhile. Stopped by to pick my fav items; carnitas tacos with rice and refried beans. The beans are Devine. They have a deep flavor with a hint of smoke. The tacos are simple with a huge amount of flavor. The Corn tortillas that are slightly crispy with a little char on them. Almost like pizza. The folks that run this truck are super friendly. I ordered 3 tacos w rice and beans. Such a bargain at a little over $14.

I am a I literally a connoisseur of taco trucks. This place makes a regular taco plate become a whole meal in its self. Literally came with 1/4 of a onion, whole and cooked to perfection, with a whole radish cut up with a monster helping of pickled carrots. 1/2 long ways slice of jalapeño, multiple lime 1/4s and the tacos themselves were incredible (coming from a spoiled taco guy). Definitely check this place out!

This place went through a bad moment, but I’ve been there a few times lately and I can confidently say that they got their groove back! I’m super stoked because they’ve been my favorite taco truck in town for several years now and they happen to be pretty close to home. If you had a few bad experiences and have been hesitant to give it another shot, i would say you should give them a go.

My local friends laughed in horror when they realized I had dutifully eaten my burrito. I slept like the damned the night after eating here.
The food is awful and wildly expensive for what you get: a sneeze of sour cream and three loogies of avocado for the “supreme” burrito upgrade, with a tablespoon of meat and two pounds of rice–no beans, no cheese–soaked in vegetable oil and salt.
We thought maybe it was a mistake despite ordering in both Spanish and English, but the burritos were clearly labeled with our orders.
If the option were to go hungry vs eat here again, I would go hungry. The full night of stomach upset ruined my weekend.

So I have been going to this truck for quite awhile. Their food use to be a lot better. The little skinny guy has been some what rude before but this evening was way over the top. He was evidently angry that I couldn’t understand what his coworker was telling me. He said just take it in anger and kind of threw my order at me. The lady waiting behind me was shocked at him also. Besides that, the food was not good and they gave me steak instead of the chicken I ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also recommend the guy in the truck take some anger management classes, he could get hurt in this world with an attitude like this.

Best food truck food I’ve had in a while. Fast, affordable and incredibly tasty. Great portion for the price and their sauce is spicy but the tastiest sauce I’ve ever had. 10/10 will come back. We even ran errands after picking up and came home and the food was still the perfect temperature.
