Fiesta Taco started in 1996 with a vision of serving freshly made and delicious traditional Mexican Cuisine to nourish our community. Our recipes have passed on from mother to daughters and father to sons through out countless generations and we now want to share these flavors with our community. Fiesta Taco works hard to provide excellent customer service and well crafted dishes. Our team makes every single item from scratch: all our salsas, guacamole, beans, meats, Agua Frescas, and chips are made in small batches and remake as needed in order to maintain its freshness. We’ve been going here for years, one of our go-to places in Pleasanton. This time I thought I would get their vegetarian burrito but have them add shrimp to it and it was perfect.
Pretty much cannot go wrong here, it’s a very community oriented place, lot of local Roots and they support local sports teams. They have a couple of TVs and the seating area is very open and airy with a high ceiling. Prices are reasonable, they’ve got all sorts of drinks available, and there’s plenty of parking. Cannot go wrong here and the people behind the counter are really nice and helpful.

Been coming here for over a decade. Service is amazing, food never disappoints. Tried their breakfast burrito for a first time, you can add potato and it’s better than other breakfast burritos i had. Oh and definitely try their draft beers. Comes in ice cold pints. Perfecto.

So far I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time I ordered a pollo adobado burrito through Uber Eats, and it was flavorful and well made. It was slightly greasy, but not excessive. The second time I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito for pickup, and it was delicious. Good ratio of ingredients including eggs, pico and beans, with just enough chorizo. It wasn’t greasy at all for being a chorizo burrito. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu, and I think I’ve found a new go-to for burritos.

The highlight, though, is their selection of sauces—they’re the best part! I had a blast experimenting with them, mixing and matching with my taco and burrito. Update: 02.01.23 We ordered lunch for take out like we have done weekly for months. Food is more bland now, not sure why. Portions about the same. Cashier was friendly, which we appreciated.
Update: 08.07.23 We’re not going as often the last few months. While prices everywhere have gone up, our burritos & fajitas have been much smaller. We thought maybe it was a new cook when this first happened, but the portion size was still really small today when we were there for lunch.
Update: 09.08.22 Fiesta now has fries on the menu! They’re quite good, generous portion!
The best Mexican food in the Tri-Valley. Good portions, amazing chips & a variety of homemade salsas, horchata. Reasonably priced. Miguel, the cashier, is awesome!
