Service was slow to start but we continued to munch on chips and salsa. Ordered meals easily. Received my arroz con Pollo. The chicken looked dry and the plain rice barely had cheese. Asked for additional cheese since it was dry…waitress mentioned it would be an addition $3 charge. We didn’t argue but didn’t see the original waitress again. At check out, spoke with the manager and mentioned I wasn’t happy with my dry meal. He said it just appears dry because the warm cheese falls. Offers no apology for the disappointing meal and answers the phone while we are in the middle of speaking with him. Says he has to charge for extra cheese and “he couldn’t give everybody extra cheese and needed to make money”. I was only asking for what the dish SHOULD have already included. We had ordered queso for our chips and salsa that we were already paying for. Highly disappointing service this evening. I paid for the meal because it’s what I should do but do not recommend this dish again. Disappointed in the lack of customer service I received this evening.

I’ve been coming to Fiesta Ranchera for years, usually 2–3 times a month, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit feel special. Service is consistently quick, and the food always arrives hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
I rotate between four favorites — Nachos al Carbon, Nachos Locos, Pollo Supreme, and the Chili Rellenos Combo — and each one is outstanding. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and inviting, making it a true dining experience.
One tip: parking can be tough during dinner hours since they’re always busy, so arriving a little early helps.
Fiesta Ranchera has become one of my absolute favorite restaurants thanks to its amazing team, delicious food, and unbeatable consistency. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, satisfying Mexican cuisine.

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. There were 3 of us who went to dine here. We are vegetarian and they have a vegetarian section in their menu, plus they also make a vegetarian dish that you have in mind and take your special requests without any problem ordering. I want to thank them for excellent service with minimum to no waiting. They usually have your order ready within minutes while you’re enjoying their complimentary Chips and Salsa.

Hadn’t been there for a very long time due to food quality going down since the remodel. Decided to give it another chance today. So disappointed! Bought the special which has enchilada, taco,and rice. Order chicken for both taco & enchilada. The rice was bland,no flavor. The chicken enchilada was dry and tasted like boiled chicken in a tortilla. The taco was wrong,the gave me beef( almost everytime they get it wrong) ugh anyway the “beef” resembled the beef crumbles that comes on frozen pizzas! Gritty and tastless. Would have been better off going to taco bell! Will never order from there again! A waste of money and the food is awful!

I usually love this place, but I feel as though the portions are lessening. Pictured: chicken and cheese nacho appetizer, with maybe 12 chips. Luckily we had extra chips at our table to make it last longer. I will say, the food always tastes great and I appreciate the amount of cheese sauce, but the portion overall has changed.

This local place is by far one of my new favorites. The service was top of the line with Veronica taking excellent care of our table. Another couple walked in just after we sat down and she remembered their names and their orders! They seemed surprised because they hadn’t been in in months. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
