Stopped in on our last night in town, it was fantastic. Delicious food, excellent service we had in the upstairs this evening. She was great! Definitely try the fried cheesecake for dessert. All the food we had was exceptional. Great servings and prices.

SO good even months after our last visit! Great food, fresh, big portions and service was great! Love the chicken fajitas and my husband loved the carne asada burrito! One kid got the kids meal and the other got the adult portion pork carnitas! Everything was great! Chips and salsa SO good!

The Fiesta continues to reinforce that every dish on the menu is delicious. We’ve been here multiple times and have had multiple choices and they are all good. The chips are homemade and always crispy. The Salsa is a perfect combination of the heat and flavor. It’s the best Mexican restaurant in the Pike’s peak region. I know, a bold statement, but I stand by it.

Stopped in to a bite while exploring CO. Wait staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Two of us shared a sampler appetizer, everything was tasty and the portions were more than plenty. Being from Texas I had to try the white queso, it had good flavor but was a little thick for me.. but that’s okay because I was able to wash it down with my very delicious jalapeño margarita. Ps. Still ate it.

We initially tried to come on a Saturday night, but there were no parking spots at all. We returned on a Monday night, and it was worth the wait. While many Mexican restaurants have the same colorful chairs, and this one was no exception, they went above and beyond this in their decor. In addition to this the view of Pikes Peak is fantastic. The restaurant is two story, and if you have a window view you probably can’t go wrong on either floor. The staff was a well oiled machine and a shining example of how teamwork should be. While we were being seated, another employee was following right behind with chips and salsa. They tag teamed making sure we always had beverages and that everything was taken care of. They were almost doing periodic patrols, but not in an annoying way. They always kept busy and one of them even came around with a manual push vacuum to make sure the floor was clean. The food was really good in addition to all this. If you’re up in Woodland Park I recommend this highly as the place you should go for Mexican food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very good food. Excellent beans. Fast lunch service from their rapido lunch menu. Friendly service including some fantastic sing along from the kitchen the the music of the restaurant.

The salsa was AMAZING- the only good thing. The “queso” was white canned cheese with a can of green chilis in it… for FOURTEEN dollars. The beans tasted sweet- like mango- the chicken in the enchiladas was dry and bland.

I want to start out with the good: the place has a neatly decorated and the drinks were well done if you’re wanting an Americanized margarita/drink, though pricey. The rest of the visit was horrendous. Terribly spotty service, hair in the chips and salsa. Concerningly bad food, I ordered a chicken burrito, it had quite literally 5 pieces of chicken in the entire thing. Rice had an off-putting flavor, beans were bland. I have nothing good to say about the food. And it’s SO expensive comparatively speaking, save your money and please go ANYWHERE else, fast food would preferable in this case. Will never return.

We made this stop as a “I’m hungry pick anywhere” decision and it was so worth it. Food was good and our server (I wish I got the name) was above and beyond! Helped make our experience. It’s funny because this has probably been one of the highlights of our vacation when it was an unexpected stop! Fried ice cream is a must have.

I was camping in nearby Cripple Creek, but got hungry for Mexican food. Thoroughly enjoyed the polite and friendly service, the colorful atmosphere and the food, which was generous and amazing.
