We spent a lot of time at the outlets requiring us to eat lunch and dinner. After checking out the pizza place for lunch, I needed some Mexican food instead. We had always seen this shop but never got a chance to order. I decided to order a vegetarian quesadilla and my kids got tortilla chips and salsa and also a side of guacamole. Not a single thing tasted short of outstanding. My kids generally hate Mexican food, not sure why, but they started to eat my quesadilla and eventually took it from me. I don’t blame them, it was fantastic. The guacamole is freshly made to order and the salsa didn’t taste generic. The chips were good, maybe a little too much salt, but that is me nitpicky. My wife wanted to order the enchiladas but since we are vegetarian, we ask about whether the beans have pork or if the rice has chicken stock but unfortunately the cooks wither couldn’t understand the question or know the answer. That won’t stop me from coming back for another quesadilla however. Wow, one of the best I’ve ever had.

It’s located inside the food court where the BBQ joint used to be and the service is absolutely wonderful. I had gotten the shrimp quesadilla and asked if I could substitute the beans and rice for French fries telling the nice guys I’d pay extra for the inconvenience (which they didn’t charge me) and my husband got the chicken quesadilla. He loved the whole meal including the beans and rice! I’m not a bean fan and to have them not charge for the Inconvenience felt like I was scamming them. My shrimp were plump and cooked perfectly and the whole meal was delicious. Hubby said his chicken was cooked beautifully and tasted perfect. The sour cream and hot salsa that comes with the meals are spot on with flavor. Our son kept stealing my fries (lol) so we promised we’d come back next week, try something new and get him his tenders and fries. I understand people are complaining on the price but I’d gladly pay $33 again for 2 meals plus Mexican Pepsi’ in glass bottles with the food being that delicious and the folks being so pleasant.

I tried their sopes today and they were SO GOOD! Seriously, I was shocked. I wasn’t expecting them to be so delicious at a food court at a sad outlet mall but this place is a hidden gem. I would definitely come back for more of these. Their salsa was delicious and they give you that wedge of lime that makes everything pop. I would normally never go to an outlet mall food court unless I was shopping, but I will make a detour to come get more of these delicious sopes.

Stopped during a road trip. Pretty darn good selection. Small operation so I can imagine if it’s busy they might get backed up. That wasn’t the case though on the Friday night we went. One of us had the steak tacos that were reportedly very good. I had the ground beef burrito which was excellent. It came with fries (which was a new side for me to accompany a burrito). The fries were fresh and perfect.

We Were on a school trip and the workers had a hefty load yet they pushed through and put out around 40-50 high quality meals in about 30 minutes, the workers were nice even under pressure and were on their A-Game the whole time.

My husband ordered the Burria tacos and loved it, among the best tacos he has ever had, which is an amazing thing for him to say as we have traveled and eaten Mexican food extensively across the country. You would never expect this random place in a random food court to have such fantastic tacos but it does. They make it fresh for you and I noticed the staff delivered food to the table of an elderly couple which I thought was a nice touch. I hope this place stays in business
