I had the pleasure of visiting Fiesta Margarita on their very first day, and what an experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant, colorful décor instantly put me in a festive mood. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Now, let’s talk food—simply phenomenal! The tacos were bursting with fresh flavors, the guacamole was perfectly creamy with just the right amount of zest, and the margaritas… oh, the margaritas! Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and served with a fun, lively presentation that matched the whole vibe of the place.
It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into everything from the menu to the atmosphere. The energy is infectious, the flavors are authentic, and I can already tell this will become a local favorite.
If you love Mexican food with a side of celebration, Fiesta Margarita is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!

New restaurant on 23 in the former Warehouse. Great Mexican food. Had a “Build 2” meal with a beef chimi and cheese enchilada. Very good, just a little spicy, but will be back to try other dishes. Service is great, atmosphere good.

Good food and excellent service. Jesus was pleasant and friendly. The rice and beans could have been a tad warmer, but that didn’t take away from our opinion about the food. We considered it growing pains.

When I came in was immediately welcomed and got table quickly. Food was delicious and the queso and salsa are amazing! Everyone was super kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back! The food I got was their pollo street tacos!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at our experience here, especially considering that this is a newly opened restaurant!
We were greeted and sat as soon as we walked in, and then were promptly loaded up with free chips and salsa before being delivered our drinks. The diet coke was flat at first, but after a few refills it was ice cold and very crisp. My husband got the chimichangas and I got the chicken fajitas. The beans and rice on the side were seasoned excellently, and both of our dishes were some of the tastiest we have eaten in a while. The portions were more than sufficient for their price, and overall we felt like we got a great value for what we paid.
Overall we were very impressed with our experience. There are a few kinks that need worked out, but I am certain with time it will be smooth sailing. Out of all the Mexican places in Delaware, this is quickly becoming our new favorite spot!

Food was great, service was slow but it was their first week open so not a problem this time.
Chaotic for check out. We didn’t get the correct bill and were not charged for anything correctly.
