We went for a quick dinner food was fast and amazing! The salsa was so flavorful and the heat on the spicy one was delicious! Our serve Aliyah was on top of her game with refills before asking and bringing extra napkins with our dinner with out asking for them.

If you are looking for a local stop off Mexican restaurant near Chimacum/Port Hadlock area check out Jalisco! Very large servings. The food needed a little salt but other than that pretty tasty! The bacon wrapped shrimp is the best thing there. The atmosphere is inviting and kid friendly!

Love Mexican food! Jalisco’s used to be my favorite place to eat. Now, not so much. Broccoli seems to be the major ingredient in any dish I’ve ordered with veggies lately. I had vegetable fajitas last week, the broccoli was overwhelming, and the sauce was sour, not savory. A vegetable Cascadia, a few months ago, had the same flavor…”I give up.” I won’t return lest they reinvent their vegetable dishes. Goodbye, my past favorite restaurant.

A good Mexican food place is hard to beat after a long day of golf, but this place is hard to beat for any other Mexican restaurant in the area. Our bartender Aurora was fine, and a great host for our stay. I had the carne asada, VERY good. The margaritas were perfect. Good luck to all you other Mexican places, you don’t hold a candle to this place!
