I have been coming here since I was a kid, love this place. Great location, delicious food, and great service. The portions are very generous which is . My favorite is the “tacos al carbon de pollo” plate, but I’ve always enjoyed everything I try here.

My husband and I had dinner last night and we were blown away how delicious and authentic the Mexican food was!! The salsa was the best we’ve ever had as well as the delicious guacamole!! What made our experience even better was our awesome waiter Javier!! He was so friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcomed!! We are visiting from New Jersey, so it was nice to have someone make us feel so comfortable here in Colorado!! We highly recommend this restaurant!!

I only like to leave good reviews, but i have to say something to warn any potential guests looking for something good. Spend your money elsewhere. Its expensive and BAD. In Avon ive been nothing but impressed with food and i assumed this place would be no different. My chorizo cheese dip was quite literally a solid round of red greasy cheese with no ‘dip’ in the energy anywhere. I mean you stick a fork in it and it picks it up and red grease drips off. Thats just the beginning. The chips are cold and taste like stale great value tortilla corn chips from covid age. I tried to look past it, thinking the fajita entree will at least be fresh… it was hot but it was so tasteless. We got steak fajitas because my bf has a fish allergy and its obvious they make *all* their meats in one place- he had a reaction. There was a really odd tangy flavor to the peppers , it was giving rotten nasty and the texture was slimy. The steak itself was so chewy and gamey flavored. We decided not even to finish our $110 order, and filled up on cold plain chips, because the salsa is just so runny id rather not dip them in water.

Are server was okay but the food was nasty
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was truly disappointing. The food was just bad. My [boorutto] was covered in some red tomato sauce that was bland, and lacked any flavor, while my companion’s meal tasted like it came straight our of the trash like ground beef was sour! can It was obvious no care was put into the preparation.
We did tell the serve but she really didn’t understand us!
For the price, I expected far better quality. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is fantastic Mexican food! We are local and eat here often both in the summer and after a long day of skiing! They have a great menu with all the things good that you expect from a long established Mexican restaurant. Last night our table loved the Vegetarian Chili Relleno/Enchilada combo and a Vegetarian Chimichanga. (Pic is of the Relleno/Enchilada)

All around great! The food is always awesome! It’s all reasonably priced as well! Sauces aren’t too spicy, which is perfect in my opinion, everything is always fresh & the drinks are always on point! The Michelada was great, my only wish is that they offered a smaller option vs the huge 32 glass!

We chose Fiesta Jalisco to celebrate a birthday tonight. We had a large party and the service and food was amazing. Our server Grecia took great care of us and made the birthday special for our birthday girl. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were good.

We always enjoy dinner or lunch at this location. They make their own salsa/hot sauce you can ask for, and excellent margs. My husband likes to order a mangonada. Grecia was our most recent server and was absolutely lovely with suggestions and friendly service.

Dishes that include seafood get pricey, but that’s expected this far inland.
Food is always delicious, and the service is always fast and friendly. Even in the busiest times you don’t have to wait long for your food.
I recommend the Carne Asada plate. Perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy.
