I generally come in to the restaurant for weekday lunch and have enjoyed all of the meals i’ve had. Today, Sunday, I did an online order to bring home.
I ordered one taco and 2 enchiladas and requested double rice and no Beans as I don’t like beans.. As you can see from the picture I got beans. Plus the enchiladas had no enchilada sauce on them. What are enchiladas without enchilada sauce? Dry for sure! Needless to say , i’m very disappointed with my takeout order.

Fiesta Guadalajara is a good Mexican restaurant and is close to authentic Mexican food. The prices are fair and the service is great and fast too! I gave the food 4 Stars just because the picture on the menu didn’t match my plates but, it was okay because it tasted good.

This location is near our house although we rarely go here we started to go here a few more times nice people they are consistent. The food is served hot today. Things were a little soupy because I ask for extra enchilada sauce on my plate, and they basically made every single plate, including the salad with enchilada sauce, but we didn’t say anything. Things were still tasty.

Would not recommend. Had a mixed terrible experience between service and food. I got carne asada and the steak had zero flavor and was pretty much jerky. My parents got fajitas which even when trying those, there was barely any flavor even on those. The servers wouldn’t check on us and wouldn’t fulfill requests despite not being busy. I think my grandma with Alzheimer’s would have remembered my simple request for salsa better. Oh and the chips basket was all crumbs. Putting the empty chips and salsa and bean dip on the end of the table isn’t a good enough sign for these servers.

Originally wanted to order their 2 taco plate that comes with rice and beans. This is until I was informed that all of their tacos are hard shell tacos by default, and if you would like a traditional taco with an actual tortilla and asada instead of ground beef then they will upcharge you $1.50 per taco. This would have been an $18 plate, but interestingly enough it’s only $14 if you were to order each item individually from the “sides” section. This seemed steep for something so basic so we opted to pay for our chips/salsa and went to a local taco truck instead where we got the same plate with no upcharge and an extra taco for only $15. I will note that the service was great and the salsa was good, but just not the spot for my family and I.

Enjoyed a nice quiet dinner for Labor Day. Amazing service constantly checked on to see how everything was going. Food was delicious and the lime added to my beverage was well appreciated. Music was playing but wasn’t loud just enough to hear it to prevent the silence. Would recommend. Salsa Verde and a roasted jalapeño was requested with the meal and that was happily supplied.

Great authentic Mexican food. Always consistent and good. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Salsa is amazing! Margaritas are cold and delicious! Great happy hour. The two chicken burritos were the best!

What a fantastic Mexican restaurant! The abundance of plants throughout the space created a great vibe. I usually dine alone, so the small bench seat was perfect for me—I always feel guilty taking up an entire booth by myself.
Forgive me, but I can never remember the name of the dish I ordered, though it was incredibly filling and tasted amazing.

The chips and salsa they bring out us the best! I love the burritos and would recommend getting them for sure. Plates are always hot so be careful but it keeps the food good and warm.
