Pretty good. Very mainstream, typical Mexican food and a LOT of it. Definitely share a plate unless you want to take home leftovers. Good food but not spicy. Was kind of hoping for something special like Green Chile or something because it’s Colorado but no. Service was fair but not friendly; he says hi but didn’t tell us the special for the day or suggest a drink or anything. We came between meal times so it was empty & quiet.

We used to come here a lot, but less often in the past few years. I like the salad with chicken because of the seasoning they marinate the chicken with. The queso is very good. There’s something for everyone on the menu!

I truly love this place! Have been going here for many years both takeout and dine in. The food is excellent and the service cannot be surpassed. Even when my grown kids come back to town with their families they request FG. (The 4 instead of 5 stars for atmosphere is related to the too bright indoor lighting, if only it could be dimmed.)

The salsa was delicious but a bit spicy for me. I’ve asked if they have less spicy and the server quickly brought one for me and my husband.
The aqua fresca was made from flower that I didn’t understand in Spanish but it was delicious too.
I got the carne asada enchilada and one chicken taco small portion plate. The food was delicious except the refried beans a bit liquid in my opinion.
The service was great! Definitely would go back and check out more menu items.

Fiesta Guadalajara is a very good restaurant, lots of dishes to choose from and the taste is like you are in Mexico, very authentic aromatic and just plain delicious, I tried carne azada along with beans and rice and it was out this world, so I imagine the rest of the menu is full of greatness. I have chosen carne azada because I am very familiar with this dish , I liked in ciudad Juarez, mexico and I found it to be as good as the original, so from my point of taste, I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican restaurant, I also order a margarita, and if you had this drink before anywhere else you will taste as you like it, but i will l go one step forward and tell you that this is a drink that it taste delicious ,better than the margaritas you’re a costume. As my first time at this restaurant ,I will recommend this place to any Mexican food lovers, just go and order your favorite food and compare with other restaurants and you will go back to Fiesta Guadalajara , guaranteed. so take your family or invite friends to this mexican jewel and everyone Will appreciate the tip for a very nice restaurant.

I have been a fan since 2006 when I was in High School and then when I was pregnant I would only crave the chips and salsa with a bean burrito and lots of red sauce. The food is always hot and delicious. The chips and sals always have the right kick and great flavor. The staff is always amazing and kind. This is a must stop if you are craving something good to eat!

We had a great dining experience. The hostess and waitress were very attentive. The fresh made chips and salsa were tasty. I was very pleased with the carnitas de pollo and the chicken enchilada. The portion sizes were very generous!
