The Aroz Con Pollo is AMAZING! Definitely 2-3 meals worth. It is excellent! Tastes just like it should. I’ve had it in many restaurants & have been so disappointed. Not by this restaurant! It’s perfect. They gave us tons of chips as well. Everything was perfect & we’ll definitely order again, and we’ll have to dine in too sometime! This was delivered.

Great tasting food, good price compared to others Mexican food I have been at.
Nice to see many returning customers coming in.
I had the number 15, nice large plate, hot and filling. Love the chips and dip as you order and wait for your food so you can come in hungry and snack as your main order is cooking. Thanks for the experience.

We shared Asada Fries, ordered extra crispy. It comes with pico de gallo, but I can’t eat raw onions, so ordered without. We also each had a margarita. Great service from Olga, as usual. If you’re looking for Mexican food in Ellensburg, go to Fiesta en Jalisco.

We stopped in town for some dinner. Wanted mexcan. We were seated immediately. Colorful atmosphere.

Three of us ordered from the combo menu, the other had the skirt steak salad. I have a pet peeve about hard shell taco shells that are store bought…was done here. Ground beef was alright. Seemed shredded chicken was flavored similarly to the beef. Same feeling with the other combo meals.

I don’t like giving a mediocre review but, the food was just that. Otherwise enjoyed the service.

While this restaurant showed promise in its ambiance, I found the food and service to be average, barely touching a three-star rating. The dishes lacked the bold flavors I typically associate with Mexican cuisine, there were just 3 vegetarian dishes including salads and chips mentioned in 30+ total dishes. It was very disappointing. while the items we ordered were decent, they didn’t leave a lasting impression. Additionally, the service was adequate but nothing remarkable; there were some delays in receiving orders and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. We ordered from their today’s special written on the bulletin board. Yet the staff asked what is that item? Showing they care less about what they offer? Our bill didn’t match the food prices boldly written on their “today’s special” bulletin board either. The seafood gave food sickness after couple hours. Overall, while it wasn’t a good experience, there’s definitely room for improvement in both the food quality and service efficiency.

Although the food was great, the specific server we had was not.. we had dine in and although we were seated quicker than expected the server took his sweet time. I’m not sure if he had was in his ears or what but we were politely telling him our order and it’s like he was purposely ignoring what we were saying. He not only knocked my drink over and it got on me, he didn’t even apologize. Whenever we tried to ask for something he’d walk away and pretend he didn’t hear us. We left no tip since he didn’t even apologize. This isn’t the first time we ran into him, a while ago he almost ran me and my partner over while we were sitting out at 711 on the curb. He didn’t apologize then either. He was all over very rude. I would go for the food but the service is a no go

Wow. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I’ve been eating at Fiesta en Jalisco since I was a little kid, and it’s always been my favorite spot in town. But after my last visit, I’m most likely never coming back! all because of one server who has no business working in customer service.

This man (white, grey hair, about 5’9, late 50s) gave us the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. From the moment he came to our table, he acted like we were beneath him. He ignored us while we politely gave our order, knocked my girlfriend’s (almost empty) drink all over her without apologizing, acting like he didn’t notice walking away very fast. deliberately brought the wrong tortillas after I asked for corn, and forgot our appetizer until after our entrées had already been served. I had to remind him. Everything he did felt careless at best, and intentional at worst.

Meanwhile, he went out of his way to laugh, smile, and joke with every other table around us — loudly enough that it felt like he wanted us to notice. Then he’d come back to us with a stone face, acting cold and dismissive. It was blatantly disrespectful.

To make matters worse, this isn’t even the first time we’ve had a bad encounter with him. Months ago, outside of the restaurant, he nearly ran us over with his car, then got out and threatened me instead of apologizing. So when he treated us horribly during this visit, it was clear he remembered us and held a personal grudge.

And to top it all off, as we were leaving the restaurant he actually came outside, gave us an exaggerated sarcastic wave, and loudly wished us a “great rest of your day” while pretending to hope we enjoyed our meal. It was obvious he was mocking us, as if everything he had already done wasn’t enough and he needed one last chance to taunt us. At that point, I honestly left wondering if my food had been tampered with.

I’ve never once had a problem at Fiesta en Jalisco until now, but this man’s behavior was beyond unprofessional — it was hostile. He should not be serving customers, period. If management values their loyal customers, they need to let him go, because one employee like this can ruin the entire reputation of a great restaurant.

Good food, very nice service, beautiful hand-carved wooden booths in a family-owned restaurant. The nicest place we found on the drive from Seattle to Boise.

Food was pretty good. Service wasn’t the best. One of the guests at our table didn’t get her food until the rest of the party was almost done eating.
