Loved the atmosphere here, it felt authentic. The service was great and prices are decent. We spent $66 for 2 entrées, 1 beer and 1 house margarita. The food was average, our proteins were overcooked but not too far gone. Our biggest letdown was the salsa, it was very runny.

We grabbed lunch here. The food was pretty good. I personally found some of the regular menu items to be priced pretty high so we stuck with ordering off of the lunch menu. I wanted to post some pictures of the menu since we couldn’t find any in the reviews. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The chicken mole enchiladas were ok. I little too sweet and cinnamon flavored for my taste but ok. Rice and beans were good. In fairness to them this is my only experience here so there could be better thing’s on the menu

Stopped in for lunch, and ordered my old stalwart: fried Rice. I usually start off with that dish, because it’s hard to mess that one up. What came was a massive plate of food, approximately 2 1/2 of my stomachs worth. So definitely 5 stars for volume. The rice was well cooked, but it was cooked in too much vegetable oil, that didn’t taste fresh, and left the rice gooey with an oily aftertaste. Not only that, it was so salty it burned my tongue. Oh my, so much for not being able to mess that one up. The rest of the people with me loved it though, so perhaps I just picked the bummer meal of the day?

Friday night meal. 3 of us ate fajitas and 1 had enchiladas. The portions were very large and were tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful but were a bit overworked and took some time to steal attention.

I got take out. It wasn’t anything to write home about but it hit the spot. They hooked me up with a bag of tortilla chips. They were not stingy. Next time I’m in Orofino I think I’ll eat there again.
