Regrettably, when the bill arrived, we discovered a pricing inconsistency. The menu price was $20.95, whereas the bill reflected $24.95. Our waitress explained that the disparity was due to taxes; however, the taxes were itemized separately. Upon manager intervention, the mistake was acknowledged, but no apology or price adjustment was offered.
Consequently, we received inadequate treatment and departed feeling unvalued. It is worth noting that a 15% gratuity was included in the bill, which we opted not to supplement in light of the suboptimal service.
As a patron, I place significant emphasis on exceptional customer service, which, unfortunately, was lacking in this instance. Hopefully, this feedback will serve as a constructive catalyst for enhancing the dining experience for future patrons.
The atmosphere is pretty cozy. Good place to hangout with friends. There’s a bar in the center. Lots of cabin-esque decor. The staff were pretty nice and helpful. But felt like there were moments when we were not tended to. Took a while to get our orders, get the check, etc…
The food was very good. It is on the authentic side. Lots of options like beef stomach, intestines, and more. I had the steak and shrimp. It was perfect. generous portions of shrimp. Ill definitely go back.
Our server was wonderful. A little language barrier, but we were able to communicate our needs/wants and receive everything perfectly. She was attentive, friendly, very personable – would definitely welcome having her again.
The food was SO good. One of my friends had two appetizers as her dinner – Mini Empanadas – Chicken, and the Patacones. She also had the Mihoja for dessert. My other friend had the Arroz Con Pollo, and I had had the Salchipapa Mixta. Both of these entrées were enormous. He said is Arroz was delicious, and I cannot describe how delicious the Salchipapa was. There was so much food I had lunch Monday AND Tuesday. Probably should have made four meals out it because each portion was still very large. In addition I took some bakery items home to try: Roscon, Bunuelo, and Arepa Con Queso. All were VERY good.
The food is great! Each time we’ve gone it taste great, and the environment is very fun and family friendly
