The food was delicious. This is not an understatement. The chicken was fresh and juicy. The Mac and cheese was creamy and to die for. And don’t forget, the rice was amazing too. First time here and I’ll definitely be back! Chipotle chicken tacos, with 2 sides and a drink for a killer deal!

I eat here multiple times a week. It’s very affordable and delicious. I get a kids meal with an extra taco and it’s like seven bucks. Makes it affordable for me to eat lunch out a few times a week. Ty so good

I have frequented this location since it opened and replaced the Wendy’s that used to occupy the site. By my own estimation, I have spent probably well over $5000 at this restaurant. I had nothing but good service, that was until last night.
I arrived at the drive thru half anhour before closing time, after ordering my regular at the speaker, I proceeded to the window as was “greeted” by a young lady no older than 20 who scowled, stared unbroken venomous eye contact at me and asked me if I wanted salsa in the most contemptuous voice imaginable. Dumbfounded, I just responded yes and paid in silence while receiving the same unbroken hostile stare. Returning with the food a couple of minutes later, it was rapidly shoved out the window, brief “thanks for coming” in the same mocking voice and and she disappeared back inside all in one rapid movement, I mean it probaly took no more than 2 seconds.
This completely unacceptable and bizarrely hostile attitude made me immediately afraid to eat the food as it was given over in such a aggressive way. I drove home and immediately threw it in the trash as I don’t have any reason to believe that it was safe to eat at this point.
Thousands of dollars spent over years at this location and I have never felt so insulted by a local business Ive loyally patronized. I wish I could take every cent back. Well, I’ll never be returning and neither should you.

I come here all the time and I love their food!!! But tonight I didn’t get the same experience as usual. I didn’t get some of the items that come with my order. I called the store but the gentleman was not interested in fixing my order. This was the only time I ever had a problem. I hope this doesn’t happen again because normally they are very good at taking care of their customers, but this guy was a little rude.

This place used to be really good. Now you have workers who have turned this place into a dump. Go through the drive through and you’ll have a lady who shoves a tip screen in your face when you pay. Why should I tip 15% on a drive through order. And when you tip 0, you get your food thrown at you, with no goodbye or thank you or anything and the window slammed shut. Yeah, I think ill take my money elsewhere.

Only the second time I’ve gone, once was eating inside and this time was carry out. I got the chicken enchiladas both times because the first time was so good. The chicken isn’t shredded, it’s chunks of fresh meat and it has actual flavor and a little kick to it. The beans with it are awesome as well. The service is awesome, and this was way more than one meal’s worth of food. Great value and taste for the money!

Edited to add: been back several times since and they’re still delicious. My bf got their chicken combination with rice and Mac & cheese on the side, and he said it’s some of the best chicken he’s ever eaten.

This has got to be one of the most underrated restaurants in the entire Treasure Valley, on my life. I really wasn’t expecting much, but walked out blown away and woke up the next day still dreaming of this out-of-the-world food.

107.9 LiteFM’s Michelle Hart does a fantastic thing where every so often she curates a list of 5 lesser-known yet highly underrated Boise eateries. Fiesta Chicken was featured on the second list published in February 4th. Until then, I never gave Fiesta a second glance. The name doesn’t really stand out and I’d never heard anything about it. After reading Michelle’s article and viewing the menu, I was intrigued and decided, what the heck. BEST DECISION EVER.

A+++++ and more for value and quality! I ordered a #1: 3 Piece Leg & Thigh with rice and beans (comes when with two warm flour tortillas, but you can choose corn, $7.59) and my husband bellied up to a Carne Asada Supreme Burrito (beef, rice, bean, cheese, onions, cilantro, guacamole, pico de Gallo and sour cream, $6.79). We were both beyond impressed with our selections! The big hit was definitely the chicken. Grilled to perfection, the meat was amazingly moist, I’m taking melt-in-your-mouth moist and charbroiled to absolute perfection. It got me wishing I ordered the 4 piece just to have more goodness. Every bite combined with a spoonful of rice and beans took my tastebuds to heaven, over and over again. The rice and beans were an excellent combination, I wouldn’t recommend any other sides. Rice was flavored very authentically, paired very well with the soft beans. The burrito was fantastic as well. Talk about value! For under $7.00 we got a burrito that lasted two meals. And it tasted just as good reheated the following day.

Fiesta Chicken certainly exceeded my very mere expectations. It goes to show that you really shouldn’t judge any place by it’s name or location because it just might be some of the best food you’d ever eat. I was so delighted by this delicious experience I already planning to go back in a couple days with some friends. Thanks for a wonderful experience Fiesta Chicken! I can’t wait for more.
