Great vibe. DJ was doing his thing. Found out they do karaoke. I will definitely sing the next time I go. Got the college special everything was good, but the snow crab were a little dried out. The calamari was fresh hot and crispy. Waitress and hostess were kind and friendly. Great experience.

This is a delicious restaurant. Their seasoning is the star of the show. I had the Blue Crab Special and almost ate the whole thing myself. However, the crab was a bit over cooked which made me sad but it was still tasty. But the potatoes, sausage, corn, and shrimp were frea-deaking-licious! The atmosphere is a weird mix of classy meets sea meets butcher paper… But it works enough to enjoy the food. It also has patio seating for nicer days.

I order pick and DoorDash from fiery crab at least twice a month for my family. We decided to go to the restaurant and eat dinner there this time. 15 minute wait. The day after Christmas. No big deal. Walked into a nightmare. The front hostess is keeping up with guests by writing their name and phone number on a sticky note. A police officer is handling a situation at a large table. 20-30 minute wait for drinks and food. My waiter had a GREAT personality but sucked as a waiter. He legit disappeared our entire time there. Went without drinks for 20 minutes at least. By the time we received our drinks, we had finished eating and was ready for ticket and boxes. Horrible dining in experience. Food was a 4 out of 10. Disappointed ☹️

In need of better management. The manager I spoke with about an issue with the app and after emailing the contact email. I went in and said/ showed what the email said. The manager basically made something up on the spot which I thought was hilarious.This was my favorite location, but after him boldly lying in my face as if I am incompetent is crazy. Will never be back and will gladly learn to make them myself.

I ordered the oyster basket with shrimp fried rice today and I am pissed. I received my order with undercooked rice, overcooked rubbery oysters. I had to pull all the crust off just to get a piece it off. The entire plate was just a disaster. Made it worse bc I hadn’t eaten all day. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this location ironically with the same dish. I guess the jokes on me!!! Never again! If I become sick, please note that this is what I ate and where it came from!!!

I enjoyed my experience from the time I walked in the door til I walked out. MK was extremely helpful…..She promoted the drink special. I loved the atmosphere the new decorations were amazing. My food was top tier. I will be bringing my family and friends back again. They did not miss a beat…. N is you come to Siegen location ask for the tropical mermaid….I PROMISE YOU WOULDNT BE UPSET….
