Quick and convenient to the arsenal. Similar to Chipotle in concept, fresh and generous ingredients. Plenty of options for seating inside and out. Dining room and prep area was clean even though it was packed with customers. Hard to communicate with the prep line; it was so loud that I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. +1 Fresh jalapenos have a nice kick. -1 Rotisserie Al Pastor fails to deliver in flavor. Would definitely come back to try some of the other meats, all supporting elements were great.

Great food. Great staff. Would love to see mgmt tidy up the menu rules. Technically, if you want a bowl, the menu indicates that you are entitled to a meat, or vegetarian, and a salsa. If you want something else in your bowl, the menu identifies these as individually priced sides: rice, beans, corn (elote), etc. For those 1st timers, your bowl does include those 3 options at no additional charge. Not sure about the slaw. I generally leave a tip, but I wanted to test not leaving a tip for a small carry-out order. Perhaps it can be done, but my 3 attempts failed and the cashier had to keep resetting it back to the original receipt page, which asks for the tip amount…again. Despite the hiccups I am a repeat customer.

The food was ok. A little bland unless you just want spicy. I have been twice now and I won’t go back. It isn’t bad, it’s just not good. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms.

The food at Fiero Mexican Grill is great! In my opinion it is much better than chipotle or Moe’s due to the authentic variety of meat and toppings. It would be easily upgraded to five stars if they were open for dinner but they have very limited hours.

I placed an order through Grub South today for 2 Mexican Bowls… Something I’ve ordered before. What I received was rice, chicken and sauce… That’s it. It usually has beans and veggie but not this time. When I made a complaint I got told that’s how it is made. Just rice and chicken and sauce. The beautiful pictures online… Don’t fall for it. After going back and forth they offered a whole 6 bucks discount total for both of my half bowls.

The food is really good! However, the customer service could be better. I just ordered a rice bowl with guac and chips. After paying, I noticed there were no chips in my bag. When asked for them, I was charged. I told the girl I asked for chips and guac and she said I told the other girl, not her. Excuse me? It is not my responsibility to communicate what I already ordered! Since she was the one I told, she should’ve rung me up at the register. Otherwise, she should’ve communicated to the person at the register what I ordered. I should not have to swipe my card again and pay extra tax. I’m taking the time to write this today because this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten attitude from the workers. Do better.

I have wanted to try this place since they opened and was soooo excited to finally make it by there today, however while trying to place our order, we saw 3 ROACHES on the order line! Omg so grossed out! And when we told the lady, she just scooped them up with her gloved hand, threw them down and continued working like nothing ever happened. They were right by the food too…and babies so we all know what that means. We left. So sad we didn’t get to try this place.
