Peyton our server she was great! Food was great, a tad pricey but really good. We had the daily special which was filling. Prime rib sandwich with Au jus sauce with side of onion rings. Fried cheese curds with marinara sauce. See pictures. Could use some kind of separation from smokers outside having to walk through smoke and their smoke coming in when doors are opened. Would have liked to sit outside but thats impossible for someone with respiratory issues and smokers. Food was great. Clean dining! Will be back soon.

Our first time at Fidler Blues exceeded all expectations. The service was a major highlight—genuinely attentive and friendly from start to finish. The food was even better than we anticipated! If you’re looking for a new Lake Murray favorite with great atmosphere and high-quality food, Fidler Blues is a must-try restaurant. We’ll definitely be returning! UPDATE: We have now been here for dinner 3 nights in a row. Different dishes every night and have yet to be disappointed by the food or the service. Just super solid across the board.

I ordered takeout, it was horrible. Whoever Took the order messed it up and the cook as well! I asked for extra buffalo sauce on the side I got no buffalo sauce on my chicken sandwich and no ranch at all. My bun was burnt. It just sucks to look forward to something and it be so wrong!

They can cook shrimp very well but it appears that they attempt to cook chicken wings in the same temperature oil, which does not work out. I have visited several times now and every time that I order chicken wings they come out greasy and undercooked, if you send them back they come back greasy and well done.The end result is, I travel double the distance to get a better chicken wing instead of going to this place which is really close to where I live.

My wife and I went back to give Fiddler Blues another try today. I had the fried catfish dinner with pepper slaw and onion rings. The catfish was fried perfectly and the slaw was interesting but in a good way and the onion rings were good as well. My wife’s fried shrimp were delicious and she liked the hush puppies too. It was hot inside because the air conditioner couldn’t keep up, the heat index wa around 108° today, so yo can’t fault the restaurant. Our waitress was prompt, courteous and attentive making our experience more pleasant. I had heard rumors about some changes made since our last visit. Whatever was done it worked, we shall return.

I just returned from fiddler blues and I purchased a cheeseburger basket and I bought my wife Mushroom Swiss burger. We just finished eating them and I must say that they were delicious. I don’t know if they have new cooks or whatever, but this place on point now. I highly recommend them if you want a delicious burger.

We went to this place on recommendation from a friend. This place is a place that you would miss if you were not looking for it. But this place is hidden gem off the beaten path. This place is a down home country place that serves great fried catfish and shrimp at a reasonable price. We were there on a Friday night at 6pm. The parking lot was full and the restaurant was busy, but we did not have a long wait. We were greeted us at the door and our server was awesome considering how busy it was. We will be back for some more of that catfish!

Great bar by the lake. The bartenders are so nice and provide great customer service. The crowd is upbeat and friendly. You gotta come in for Thursday baby back rib night. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We go here often, but not during the week. Yesterday (Tuesday) my daughter and I were home alone so we went to dinner. It was very busy, almost like a Friday night, but we got seated right away. Drinks and food both came fast and fresh. We have had everything on this menu, and I can not say anything bad about any of it. The staff is fun and friendly, prices are good, food is soooo good!

Excellent fried catfish, lightly batter and thick fillets. Prompt friendly service. Great lakeside atmosphere, just disappointed I didn’t bring the boat there…next time.
