The only small downside was that the salan and raita portions were quite small compared to the biryani serving. The Special Delight dessert was good, not overly sweet and pleasant, though not very extraordinary.
We also wanted to try their Mirchi Bajji, but there was about a 20-minute wait, so we skipped it this time. Overall, a great place for flavorful food and we’d definitely come back again, especially for the biryani.
Special shout-out to Anmol, who helped us choose the right menu and was extremely kind and accommodative. Her service made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
The service was excellent as well—both staff members went out of their way to make the experience smooth and welcoming. One thing to note is that Fidaa puts a lot of focus on catering. It’s a plus because almost everything (except the Goli Soda) seemed house-made, but it also meant they couldn’t serve Chicken Curry during my visit due to a catering order. Not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of.
Overall, a very good experience and definitely a place worth revisiting for solid Hyderabadi food.
The Mirchi Bhajji was a standout light, airy, and perfectly soft with a mild, pleasant heat from the chilli. It was delicious on its own, and I couldn’t help but feel it would be even more amazing with a tangy tomato or sour chutney alongside.
The Chicken Dum Biryani was simply outstanding. The masala was subtle yet deeply aromatic, with gentle hints of spice that let the flavors shine. I could actually taste notes of cashew, sesame, and till in the masala rich, balanced, and absolutely worth every bite.
I ended the meal with the Fidaa Delight dessert. While the base felt slightly hard and a bit frozen, the overall taste was good, especially for someone like me who enjoys creamy desserts and cakes.
What made the experience even better was the service friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. The place itself felt warm and welcoming, making the whole visit very satisfying.
Parking note: Limited parking in front (about 4 spots at 72–76). Street or paid parking may be needed nearby.
Overall, a place I’d happily return to and recommend.
The ambience is nice too, with a projector playing songs in the background. My only complaint is the portion size of the sides, the Mirchi Salan was tasty, but the quantity was far too small. We noticed the same issue with our takeout order as well. I’d definitely recommend the biryani, but I hope they increase the serving size of the salan and salad in the future.
The Fisaa special dessert is also a must try.
Definitely worth visiting again.
Mirchi bajji is also good. Irani chai was not so great felt a little diluted.
The service is slow, this could improve. Rest all is great!
