WOW!! What an experience! This place is a true hidden gem in the heart of San Miguel. My family and I stumbled upon Fiamma Vicolo Italiano while walking around over the weekend and had to come back to try it—and we’re so glad we did.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel like family. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful artwork on the walls that makes you feel like you’re dining in a charming Italian neighborhood.
The food was absolutely AMAZING—appetizers, bolognese, filet mignon, and wine were all incredible. Everything was so good that we even ordered a couple of plates to go!
Huge thanks to Marco, his wife, and his partner for creating such a memorable experience. If you’re in San Miguel and looking for authentic Italian food with exceptional service, I highly recommend stopping by. We will definitely be back!

We visited this lovely intimate establishment twice! This is best Italian food in the City with a charming atmosphere and perfect for a Sunday supper with friends! If you’re lucky, you might experience a beautiful vocalist singing! Marco, the owner and chef welcomes you with a warm smile and daily specials prepared from the heart! You will not be disappointed! Marco the chef / Owner is amazing. Funny with great conversation but most of all Delicious food yum. Lovely atmosphere a wonderful place to have a meal with friends and loved ones. I’m vegetarian and he whipped up a fantastic entrée for us complete with chocolate and after dinner, Sambuca with the coffee bean. Now come on more please. I highly recommend you try this place out

We were walking along Hidalgo and noticed this place. Chatted with the gentleman and while intrigued it was a bit early to eat. Then changed our mind and went in.
What a wonderful experience: Italians who love food and love people. And the food- just like in Italy where everything starts with the best ingredients and is made with love. They have both a menu and a fresh sheet. All we had was fantastic and perhaps because it was early we were able to chat with Marco (chef) who came out to check on how we enjoying the food.
New place in town. Watch that there are 2 restaurants with the same entrance off Hidalgo, Fiamma is the first coming off the street.
