We had a great time celebrating our friend’s birthday. We did a family style dinner, which was perfect for the big group and honestly the food was on point. Everything was flavorful, delicious and well paced. The service was outstanding. We were seated in the back room near the bar, which was a nice setup and made it easy to get up, mingle and socialize without feeling cramped. Only downside, it was cold as heck in there. There was a stretch of single digit temperatures outside and you definitely feel it inside.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed all the food and drinks – cold drinks lol. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Fiamma is such a cute, cozy spot for a night out. Went last night with a group and was waited on by Delaney- who gave us fantastic service. The food was amazing. The bartender Danny was also great & makes the BEST drinks!! The owner is awesome as well and made sure we enjoyed our time there. 10/10 would recommend!

Food here was excellent and tasty, i just wish service was the same ! We were rushed out over an hour before they closed, when exiting the building we had to wait for staff to open the door so we could leave. I found this so odd since they closed at 10. even if its a dead night you should maybe consider leaving the doors unlocked for guests to be able to leave. seems like poor management. we also were going to overlook seeing a tiny mouse upstairs because the food was good but this is gross

The food here is always really good, one of my favorites in Rochester. Quality ingredients, authentically Southern Italian. I miss having the Fiamma on Buffalo road too!
I’ve noticed that lately, the restaurant has put out a sign reading “no bathrooms, private event” in the upstairs hallway leading to the restrooms. I was recently informed by the business that there are alternate restrooms on the first floor, so I added a couple stars to this review back on. I’m glad to know that they are considering the customers still.
However, I do think that it is important to indicate alternate restrooms and location on the upstairs “no bathrooms sign”. This lends itself to a less confusing experience, where customers can focus on the delicious food and not the confusing signage. Plus, this makes it more likely that customers will respect the private event space.

The food was great would have liked to enjoy it more without it being overloaded on the table all at once.I definitely don’t enjoy getting thrown salad ,appetizers & drinks all in your face at once & being told by the server they have to put in everything once? I understand restaurant life as I worked in fine dining for 32 years +. I did feel extremely rushed & too much food thrown at me at the same time, no room on table & very pressured to eat fast & leave. Entrees pilled on top of table as soon as appetizers & salads came out . WAY to fast….
Dessert was asked but not encouraged. I wish I wasn’t rushed so much.I was willing to spend but wasn’t encouraged to do so. It was like order… eat…pay… leave….

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, expecting a relaxed evening, but the experience felt extremely rushed. Our food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering, giving me no time to enjoy my cocktail before the food was already on the table. We were there for only about 40 minutes, not by choice. My husband ordered one of the nightly specials, and it was unfortunately served cold, likely due to how rushed everything was. Very disappointing for a birthday dinner.

Our server Roberto was great! The food needed seasoning. The parmigiana (eggplant and zucchini) was bland, the sauce tasted like straight crushed tomato and the eggplant was tough. The salad and risotto were both good. The pizza was a disappointment, bland and soggy. The best part of the meal was the cappuccino.

This place has the best pizza I have ever eaten. My sister got the lobster special and she said she has never gotten so much lobster in a dish. We both had a fantastic experience and loved the food. I highly recommend the pizza. It’s fantastic, the ingredients were so fresh and flavorful!!!!

This place was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend! Service was extremely quick, the food was excellent, and the drinks were great! I accidentally left my leftover pizza on the table and was very upset about it, so we cannot wait to come back!
