It was very busy and one line cook for the meats was not acceptable. We waited over an hour for our to go order. People behind us had received their food, I checked on our order but continued to see people after us get their food. The guy upfront checking people out and fixing the boxes with sides was very fast and organized but there was 15+ boxes at times waiting on the counter for the meat from the ONE line cook getting cold.
Once we received our food, the steak was extremely overcooked and tough. Please get a second cook so the food quality doesn’t suffer.
Big shout-out to Sean, the manager he was professional, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he really cares about both the customers and the team.
Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back
I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi meal and OH MY GOODNESS!!! The steak was juicy and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The veggies perfectly complimented the meal and the rice was delicious!!
One thing that I will make mention of is the fact that the food is prepared to order and if you’re in a hurry, I would recommend calling your order in before you get there, as we waited for at least 25 minutes for our order.
We weren’t in a hurry, so we were OK with it. But it was definitely worth the wait! We originally ordered our food to go but ended to up eating almost all of it in the restaurant.
They are very well priced, especially for the quality of the food that they cook. My meal was 14.99 for both steak and shrimp; and I’ve definitely paid more at other hibachi restaurants.
Looks like I’ve got a favorite new spot and a new tradition because I will be visiting every time I speak there.
