This is the best F&F I’ve had. The steak and shrimp were perfectly cooked and the veggies were great as well. The only suggestion I’d make is adding more broccoli and less cabbage to the vegetables. Great place overall.

We recently tried F&F Japanese Grill and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food felt overpriced for what we received and overall was pretty mediocre.
What really stood out was the lack of customer service. There was no greeting when we walked in, and we felt rushed while ordering. I had a question about the shrimp because it looked good, and the response I got was simply, “Yeah. It’s $2.99 a shrimp,” which caught me off guard and didn’t feel very welcoming.
To make matters worse, my mom felt sick almost immediately after eating the food, which made the whole visit even more concerning. Sadly, this is not a place we would return to or recommend based on our experience.

First visit — disappointing experience.
1. Steak Quality:
The steak was significantly overcooked and did not meet the “premium” description on the menu. Although the restaurant advertises premium steak cooked to a medium temperature, I requested medium-rare for one of my two orders. Both were delivered extremely well-done, and the cut resembled a basic choice sirloin rather than anything that could reasonably be considered premium.
2. Service:
When I arrived, only one other customer was dining, yet this did not translate into prompt service. The two employees at the register were engaged with their phones and socializing, and did not acknowledge my presence. Another staff member eventually came from the back to hand me my order.
3. Atmosphere:
The overall feel of the restaurant suggested a business in decline. The lack of attentiveness from staff and the subpar food quality reinforced this impression.

I really enjoy lunch from Fast and Furious. The flavor is like something I have never had before! Really cool atmosphere and great tasting food. The staff is always ultra friendly and are quick to make exactly what I order. Never disappoints

The flavors were good, but I couldn’t give top marks because the menu says the steak will be cooked to medium, it was more than well done. And the pieces were much smaller than the menu and even other customer photos. They were small like you’d cut up for a toddler to eat. Didn’t have complaints on the other items. If I order steak again and get it the same way, I might ask for something else. They get a pass this time. Overall the flavors were good, prices weren’t too bad, so we will order here again.

I’ve tested this theory many times…. The Fort Worth location by my work gives more than double the amount of meat, whether it’s chicken or steak. This Lewisville location by my house skimps out hard. Bummer because I love this place but it never fills me up when I go to this one.

I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl with fried rice and vegetables. The size and amount of food is great for the price. Food was good and the sauces were even better. Worth the price for what you get. Definitely recommend.

Always love this place. This is the third time I visited this place. Ordered Wow Bowl and Super Bowl. Taste was awesome. Wow Bowl has crispy chicken which I liked the most. Nice place to dine in. They are opened with limited dine in seats.

The food was good. However, they ran out of vegetable, in which we found out when they were handing us our food. I really wish they would have told us so we could have decided if we still wanted it or just try it another day. The portion size was pretty good, adult and children. The mushroom poppers are great, the jalapeño popper are just ok. I was looking for heat with the jalapeño, and it didn’t deliver at all. Overall I will definitely go back and hope and pray they have veggies.

This place was recommended to me by multiple people. However, for $15 a plate I expected more. I bought two plates, fried shrimp, and gyoza’s for almost $60.
